    Pros +

    • Comfortable room and bed; very clean
    • Convenient parking, although a little expensive. Good value for the stay. Breakfast was good. It looks like a walk able neighborhood, but it's a little tricky since you need to go through the subway to cross some of the major streets.
    • Location: close to Hbf. But pls note, it seems the central station is under construction, there is no direct crossing road from station that can quickly connects to the hotel location, you have to walk around to another nearby street then look for a designated crossing road, it means it may take over 10-15 min walking. Noticed there is a tunnel which may directly connect to the station, and it seems there is a lift (malfunctioned when I was there). But for temp visitors who are not familiar with the surroundings, going down into a tunnel might not be a good idea, it may cause more confusion and frustration. Hotel room is spacey enough. Around 10-20 min walk to city centre.

    Cons -

    • Rooms towards the main street come with traffic noise (and protesters at the central station); I asked for a ironing board and iron and none was provided and no info was given, when I eventaully went down after an hour, I got a iron but not board; overall I did not get the feeling that reception staff truly cared
    • Maybe some walking directions to the restaurants and attractions in the area. It was confusing not being in the area before. Change the parking so you get charged 3.4 of the daily rate for going out after 3-4 hours.

The hotel room was comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

    9AnnaPosted on: 12-24-2025

Very clean, room was good size, bathroom very clean. Checkin was smooth. There’s a car park underground so you can go straight to the hotel from there. Walking distance from central places.

No pot in the room for hot drinks at night.

Reception staff was extremely rude during check-in.The receptionist spoke to us in a disrespectful and aggressive manner, ignored our request for a non-smoking room, and then raised her voice when we politely asked again. We also witnessed her treating other guests badly. This behavior is unacceptable and seriously affected our first impression of the hotel.

No level of hotel quality can compensate for being treated rudely and aggressively at check-in. The experience was unacceptable.

Amazing stuff, clean and comfy rooms.

Breakfast options were limited, can be improved for sure.

I liked that the parking was right below the hotel and led straight to the lobby. It was a nice looking hotel.

Tiny tiny room! I mean, it was a great price. We clearly paid for a smaller room. The window seat was very long and deep, and we were able to fit suitcases on there to clear up some space on the floor. But if you had more than 3 bags you probably wouldn’t have enough space.

Location, very close to train station. Breakfast spread and big lobby

    10GerardPosted on: 12-10-2025

Garage parking on property. Convenient walk to the Christmas market and other shopping.

I stayed at MOSH for 20+ times now. Unmatched balance of the quality, comfort, location and price.

The cleaning policy changed to worse? I noticed dust clumps on top and in the corner of the bad and decided to check if the cleaning next day will change that (usually I don't with my short 3-4 days stands). But while a couple of towels were changed the rest was untouched at all ((

The room was clean and compact, and a comfortable space for 2 adults for 2 nights. We appreciated the large window which could be opened for fresh air.Hotel is convient walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the Central train station. All the staff we interacted with were great.

Each bedside had two electrical outlets but no USB ports. Without an adapter there were no other options.

The breakfast was excellent and even more nice was the fact that it started early - maybe as early as 6 am. This was a boon for early travelling.

Though my own fault - I initially went to the wrong Motel One. Having two properties near the station with the same name is confusing. Highlighting that there are TWO motel Ones and labelling them distinctly would help.

Hotel location and facilities are really good and the cleaness is quite appropriate, room is a bit email but ok if you are only spending a night or two not more.

Wasn’t so lucky with dealing with the reception at the night shift and the bar waiter ( not sure if I should give details or not but bad experience when asking for something and getting a tough reply far from hospitality attitude)

    8MirianPosted on: 9-21-2025

Extremely clean, nice ambience and is possible to see that is well take care off. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel gives you opportunity to be just few minutes from the center station and the city center.

The standard rooms are super small, and for the price paid I would expect something a bit bigger

    9MayaPosted on: 9-18-2025

Hotel and room were clean, staff friendly, check-in quick, location great, beds comfortable.

Room was not very big, but it didn't bother us.

The location was very good. Close to downtown. The reception staff was courteous and friendly. The room was quiet and everything worked perfectly.

Gorgeous rooms, beautiful sounds, amazing staff. I can’t recommend this experience enough. As an American, we hear the word Motel and think cheap. This was not cheap, this was luxury at an affordable price. Loved it. We have spent 2 weeks traveling through Germany and only booked one night here, but it was the best hotel I stayed at in all of Germany.

A little hard to figure out the map directions because of construction near the train station. Not the hotels fault, but good to know.

    7RobertoPosted on: 8-23-2025

Very central location, with a convenient public underground garage directly connected to the lobby (no discounted rate, parking is charged at full price)

Rooms are quite small. The hotel seems more suited for business travelers or solo guests who need to stay in the city’s office district.
