Location, although not quite in the City Centre as described it was right next to S and U Bahn connections to the Centre, Station, and with an easy link to the airport. The Staff were amazing and so helpful. Breakfast - included in the price - offered a wide choice of hot and cold food to suit most requirements. The quality of the fittings throughout, including the rooms and beds were all of good quality. Another towel hanger in the bathroom would not have gone a miss, particularly when the room was occupied by 3 people, 2 adults and a teenager in our case.

Only issue we had was that when the generous size sofa was set up as a bed it left very little space tomove around the room.Premier Inn rooms tend to be a bit larger in this respect.

It was clean, had comfortable beds, and it was very quiet.

That there weren’t a lot of parking spots, and we had to park somewhere else. Also, there were no rooms of four, so, we had to take 2 rooms, which cost us more.

This hotel is only for a short stay. The underground parking was full, too many people at the restaurant during the breakfast, staff was busy always

There is no wardrobe in room. We had to keep our belongings in suitcases. It would also be nice if there were refrigerators in the rooms.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The wifi was good and all issues were addressed very quickly (ex: requesting an extra bed sheet, ensuring the room safe worked, etc.). Breakfast was a nice buffet, all you can eat.

Room size was a little cramped for a family of 3. Only one chair aside from the couch.

We loved the room, bed was huge, nice big windows and also great big telly. Shower was also nice and hot. Room was spotless. I liked the couch, gave somewhere to sit and chill without needing to lie in bed. It also pulls out into bef which might be convenient for people. Location was also great, was right next to a huge shopping centre so we had a wee shopping spree. It is also very very close to a train station. The gym was also nice, had a small mixture of equipment and weights plus a water machine to refill your bottle which was great and cold.

The hotel main entrance was down lots of stairs so was hard to get the big suitcase down. There might have been a lift or something or ramp but we couldn’t find one (not really the hotels fault) and didn’t effect our stay. Again, nothing on the hotels part but I’m a very picky morning eater and I didn’t find the breakfast to be worth the money for me. My boyfriend however ate loads and enjoyed it. The waffles were tasty and there was hot and cold options (I am a good eater apart from with breakfast food so that’s defo a me issue, just worth mentioning incase other people are similar.)

There was not much space in the room with the sofa bed extended. The shower caused a lot of water to spray on the bathroom floor.

Location is great. Just 7 min walk from Hauptbahnhof and right next to a big shopping mall. Right in front, there's a metro station which is just 2 stops from Schloss Platz. No need to get a taxi from the airport as it's very easy to access via metro or S-Bahn. The common areas and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is good enough. The heating works good (it was -1 outside!)

Everything was great, just a few notes for improvement:-We stayed in the Queen room with our daughter. The sofa was turned into a bed and the size of the room became extremely small making it impossible to move. But it was not a big issue for us.-Mainly German channels on TV, limited options of international channels. Although it's a Smart TV, I could not find apps like Youtube.-The prices in the bar area in the reception are high. You only have the option for a small water and it costs 3,5 €. A wending machine with better prices could be good when Aldi next door is closed.
