Good location, great amenities, nice staff

Easy access, parking was very easy to use.

No outlets by the bed, TV was very small for the room size and positioned strangely for the 2 bed setup.

Maybe because we arrived during the chirstmas holiday, the reception is only open in the morning and also very difficult to make a call. In the self-checkin machine, there is option to but the parking, but after payment, there is no parking code. I have to check with the staff the next morning to get a refund. No bar open , no public area.

The hotel is conveniently located near a U-Bahn station, making it easy to purchase public transport tickets and reach the city center quickly. Parking is also available on site for a fee of around €10 per night.

A very good hotel for transit in Stuttgart. There is parking, which is important in this city. The location is not in the center, but it is easy to get to by car. New, modern, clean. Comfortable beds, but were soft pillows, clean linens, towels. Nice rooms. Very friendly staff. I recommend.

Location is great, near public transport, lots of reasturants around which are close by foot. Nice breakfast.

Lack of mini fridge

Normal B&B hotel, okay for the price. The staff was nice, room was clean and big - compared to other B&Bs. There was pizza at the reception, was nice, also snack machines.

Reception is on another floor, a bit confusing at first. The location is not the best.

There is no place to sit , There is no terrace any place in lobby or any comfy chair

Room was ok and like the photos

I stayed there for 2 nights and I didn’t have a good experience. First of all, I messaged the property twice to get information one day before my arrival and they didn’t answer. Second, when I arrived in the room I found a dirty and used paper cup on the clean set of towels there was in the bathroom. It was quite disturbing. I messaged the property to inform them and they answered almost instantly (even if, again, they didn’t reply to my messages before). Later the receptionist apparently knocked to my door and I didn’t reply as I was wearing my headphones, so he opened the door and it was quite scary, as I was alone in the room. I understand he didn’t hear anyone answering, but I don’t think it’s okay to just unlock someone’s door late at night (it was like 10 p.m.). The day after I messaged them to ask about the check out (as I was not informed on how it worked and couldn’t find the information on booking) and I had to text them again asking for an answer, as they were not responding.It has not been a good experience for me, not receiving answers to simple questions, finding a dirty cup on top of clean towels and seeing someone opening my door so late at night while I was alone has not been pleasant at all.

AC in the room was a life saver. I liked that it's spacious and made to be comfortable. Bathroom was also really good, with included towels, hand soap and douchegel.

The only thing I would've liked is to have a socket next to the best for charing my phone.

Access to the u Bahn and very close to center of city. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and did early check in for a fee.

The hotel in terrain which was hilly was challenging.

Property was clean and modern. Well maintained and the staff was responsive and courteous too

I requested for an early check in . I asked for a complimentary one as I checked on the same day. Since the room was available early for maintenance, I thought it is a fair ask. But it was certainly not the deal breaker

Location really good walking distance from train station surrounded by lots of eating spots. Had complete room amenities including fridge, kettle, coffee and tea.

Our room was at the penthouse on the 6th floor, and the lift only goes up to the 5th. No washroom in lobby ( a big deal when you’ve been travelling for a long time and can’t check in yet). Check in at 3 p.m. a bit chaotic with so many customers lining up at the counter and only 1 personnel to handle everything . One customer who was before us wanted the beds separated but her concern was brushed off because that one personnel had to deal with a queue of others waiting their turn.
