Great location, good breakfast, clean, friendly staff

Room had a window that cannot open, facing the dinning room, 1 meter distance. The safe did not work

Tucked away just outside the huge hustle and bustle, but very central to all of Prague

Initial room seemed a bit exposed to the dining hall, but we were moved asap

Modern clean rooms and super helpful and friendly staff. Location was a breeze to walk anywhere.

Close to the office I was visiting.

Room was too hot; sink & bath plug we’re stuck in the closed position; cupboard magnet doors kept springing open, waking me.

We thought the rooms were clean and comfortable with great storage. The hotel is in a good location - close to attractions. One particular member of staff , Kirial, went above and beyond to make our experience all the more enjoyable, from helping direct us to landmarks, to preparing off the menu cocktails for us at our request. Thank you, Kirial!

Staff, mostly. I had difficulty understanding the English from one of the receptionists. From what I understood, he made comments that I found inappropriate and unprofessional (not regarding myself, but at broader groups). Also, the breakfast had not that much variety and the room / bathroom was not clean (I saw spider webs).

The location was perfect, 15 minutes walk to old town center (reference point: Astronomical clock). The area is quiet. Bakeries, cafes, restaurants, Palladium mall very near.The hotel had a low affordable rate as January was the lowest season. Breakfast is okay. Stayed at room 507 which was quiet. Very clean.I had an early flight so they were helpful in preparing a breakfast box for me. Breakfast only started at 7:30.Having a make up mirror was a big plus as these are details that are very helpful for female guests which other hotels don't think of.

Nothing major - the shower head had limescale and hose was a bit tattered but the water was strong.The room numbers were written on the ceiling and the design of being "modern" was not really practical as the bedside lamps concept made it wobbly when you pull the cord to turn it off and on. There were design multi colored lights on the headboard and some people may like that. It can be turned off.The bathroom is a bit on the dark side.

breakfast was really good, overall the room was pretty decent looking too. Guys at the reception were nice and kind, upon arrival they locate the gems of the city on a map.

the room was pretty cold and the AC didn’t work throughout our entire stay, the was a huge crack on out wall next to the bed and cobwebs were hanging in the corner above our bed.

Hotel was in a very good location and walking distance from all of the main attractions. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was good.

More choice of gluten free food at breakfast would have been good.

Great and warm service, very good proximity to the city center, minimarket and bars/restaurants.

I was generally satisfied with the stay

15 minute walk to the mail railway station and a 10 minute walk to the main city attractions, clean room with a nice bathroom

The staff was neither very helpful nor friendly, the hotel itself is a bit dilapidated and the only thing that justifies the high price of the hotel is the central location

This is an exceptional choice for anyone visiting Prague. From the moment we checked in, the service was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The location simply couldn't be better.. we were able to walk to all the main attractions yet still enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options. Everything here felt five star, making our entire trip memorable and relaxing. Highly recommended! we would not hesitate to book here again!

10/10 everything (within the hotels control). Price was almost doubled for the weekend prices, but it was fine. Amazing amenities, super friendly staff, and an extremely enjoyable stay. I would recommend again

A bit of a walk from the tourist areas (this is obviously outside of the hotels control). The price was also nearly doubled for the weekend stay (unfortunate, but again, not really in their control in this market)

Breakfast starts 7:30 but I should leave every day 7:30. Should start 7:00 as other hotels. I’ll never stay again for this difficulty.

The location was good, walkable to the old town and only 5 minutes from the nearest tram stop. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were very clean and warm and the water in the shower was strong and hot. There was a hair dryer, toiletries and kettle with tea and coffee and fresh milk from reception when asked.

We booked a deluxe room and a regular room and upgraded the regular room on arrival as it was smaller and darker compared to the deluxe one (we were on a birthday trip, may not have bothered upgrading otherwise as it would have been fine). A couple of niggles re the shower heads - one didn't stay up well, one wouldn't come down, not a huge deal though. Breakfast was ok but not brilliant - the hot options weren't especially hot, the croissants were a bit stale. But plenty of bread, granola, yogurt, meats, cheese and hot drinks. Not really any gluten free options but we had taken bread for my son anyway just in case.

Had two bookings within the same week. Another great experience. Had great help from Igor and the team. Nice very quiet location. Great room. Great breakfast. Great location. 10 minute walk to main square.
