Clean, close to tube and bus station, max 7 min to walk.

Actually I don't like this automatic key locks nowhere, where is no proper inner locker.

The location

They seem to be understaffed, breakfast was poor warm food was always cold and the coffee machine constantly out of service

The room was cosy and the bed comfortable. It was kept clean on regular basis. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. It was nice to have an electric kettle for personal use - we apprecitated that.

The WiFi was just terrible - it was disconnecting all the time and there was no way to attend online classes. The window in our room was not working and for this reason it was quite cold at times, especially when it got windy at some point of our stay.

Overall, for the price, everything was great.

No slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrush. Small bathroom.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was great, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location is convenient—close to the main spots.

It was a bit noisy from the traffic outside, but it really depends on which side of the hotel your room is on.

Room was cold and noisy (directly to main road and city ​​transport stop). Probably the window did not seal sufficiently.

Everything was great. The outside of the building looked poor at first sight, but inside is absollutelly different. Room was clean with all the facillities. We did not expect that room will be cleaned daily, but it was. Location is good because there are tran station in the other side of road and the metro station about two minuttes away.

Nice and welcoming staff. Apart from a few stubborn fruit flies that kept hovering around the breakfast buffet, the breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of variety. This hotel is great and we enjoyed our stay.

In general I like hotel location, large room, and kind resepcioin and it was clean hotel...

But I have bought this hotel because I found very good price, i booked and I paid for this hotel. But they said we can't agree that you stay with this money and you have to pay more and I had to pay 30 euro more. It was their mistake that they wrote wrong price in booking system. But I had to pay. If I called police I was right but I didn't want to ruin my holiday...((((((((( It was their mistake but I paid for their fault......

Good location near the business area and close to the metro. Good and clean room and bathroom.

I had to pay 8 euro for the lost room card (it costs far less than that).

Good breakfast. but no A/CTrams runs right by open NON AC windows at 5 am on Sunday Morning. Every 10 minutes.

I requested for a 2 hours late check out which costed 20 Euros. I also booked 2 rooms and requested to cancel one of the rooms which was not accepted. I would have appreciated some flexibility.Breakfast area looked very dark.

Very convenient location - with a frequent tram service a few steps from the hotel, and a metro stop a 5 minute walk away. There is a fabulous shopping centre very near by. The hotel was very clean and very quiet. The room included a fridge, kettle and mugs which was also very handy. Staff were were courteous and helpful. Excellent value. Thank you.

One TV channel in English or with English headlines for the news would have been good.
