Occidental Praha Five

Located close to Andel subway and relatively close to most attractions (20-30 min travel), there's a mall and regular grocery store not too far as well.

The immediate area doesn't match the hotel. A pool would be nice addition to 4 star hotels.

The room was very hot, luckily it was freezing outside and we got the temperature down.

Close to the metro. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was good. Lot of options. Tasty.

As a solo female traveler i felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. Male employee used my personal data what i provided during check-in with him for his personal use.Room was damaged ( front door) and dirty. When i turned on shower. Small black pieces filled a bathtub.Curtains were very greasy and dirty.TV was not smart at all. Basically just basic channels available and you could not use any streaming apps ( netflix,…)Not what i would expect in 4star hotel.

Great hotel, located a bit outside the city center, but very easily accessible by public transport (300 meters to metro line B). Our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and soundproof. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially receptionist Crostislav!

- Rooms are quite spacious,- Beds are good and soft, with sux pillows.- Amentities are well stuffed.- Staff is helpfull and supportive.- Rooms are soundproof and well serviced.

- Location far away from stations, Only Andel metro in 500 meters.- Nespresso Coffee machine did not work.

Breakfast service didn't meet expectations. Too many people at once - stuff, food and seats missing. Coffee quality very poor. Connecting rooms not soundproof at all.

Good hotel, close to Andel Shopping Center and bus station. Very clean, very well maintained. Good breakfast. I have stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so. It's good value for money for both business and private trips to Prague.

The location is quiet, away from the super busy touristy area. It is clean, minimalist style, decent breakfast.

This was my 3rd time staying here and noticed that the breakfast food might’ve gone through a…shrinkflation?! Coffee could be better. Also could use a separate water urn or dispenser. The room faced the back and even though I was in the 6th floor I couldn’t really see outside bec it faced out to another window etc

It was clean and quiet, the breakfast was nice (only I would recommend waking up earlier, because when we went for breakfast a little later, almost all the warm food was gone - but that’s not a minus, it was probably our fault for sleeping in haha)

Everything was good

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was extensive and also pretty tasty, and the location of the hotel was really good - 4 minutes walk to Andel metro stop on the B line and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The shower wasn't great, as the shower head holder was not adjustable, meaning that we had to hold the shower head when showering. The smart TV in the room offered a Netflix app and a Youtube app but neither of them were working as the software needed to be updated and we were not able to update it ourselves.

Clean rooms, nice location.

The hotel charged us approximately 30 euros more due to the difference in the exchange rate between the day we made the reservation and the day we checked out. This is what the receptionist told us.We asked them to fix the sink, but they didn’t. They were doing some maintenance work in the lobby and the workers didn’t put up any signs to indicate that the floor had been painted. My friend fell in the fresh paint because there was no warning. His pants and bag are still covered in paint. Later after the incident signs were put. No one even apologized for that.Check-out was supposed to be at 12. At 11am, the house keepers requested us to empty the rooms for check out since they have to clean them.

as I only reserved room, The room and facility inside the room expect me and cleanness was one of the criteria of this hotel. shopping mal and retail store like lidl and tesco and albert is close to this hotel.

if you want a hotel near city center you may have better option to find. whatever metro access and public transportation is near of this hotel. the distance of this location to city center is nearly 2.4km.

Clean, tasty breakfasts, comfortable beds, and a nearby metro station – what more could a traveler wish for! For loft lovers, there is an art space just across the street, where on weekends you can enjoy intimate rock/folk concerts with bonfires and beer. It doesn’t disturb the sleep though, as the hotel has good windows and an excellent air-conditioning system.

There were no polyethylene bags provided for the rubbish. I suppose this was for environmental reasons, but it still felt a bit unusual.
