The Hotel Fitzgerald

Breakfast was on point, I matched my expectations. I didn't start the day hungry. The food was tasty!The room was nice warm and quiet. we had place for everything.The room was quite clean, but when we got into it there was a towel on the heater that the staff might've missed while cleaning (it was behind the door). they took it right away and gave us even more clean towels. overall very pretty place, the location is great, nice staff, and comfortable beds. I'd want to come back!

Exceptional customer service from the staff. They are friendly and helpful. My room was super comfy with a great bed! Air conditioning worked great. The Karlin location is perfect!

The window cannot be fully closed, so a bit cold in the room. Also you need to ask if you need a kettle.

Everything was good

Comfort, like a small table, a chair, tissues were missing. The carpet was worn out and it looked dirty. The place was a little bit out of the interesting points.

The hotel interior is beautiful (reception, restaurant, entry way) and staff was amazing. This hotel would be considered a bit far from the city center but we were staying to be near the Florenc bus station and it was perfect. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed, new carpet in room. I’d say if you’re wanting to visit the city center/sites this hotel is a bit expensive for the location. Had an elevator too. Breakfast was the typical European spread (bread, coffees, cold cuts, some eggs/bacon).

The distance walking to the center would be considered far. Other than that, we loved everything.

Best hotel I have been. The staff were just beyond amazing. So friendly, polite and helpful. I had the best time. Breakfast was also great.

Easy to reach from the airport or city center as the tram stop is around the corner. Friendly staff.

Poor breakfast assortment. Tried to get a drink in the hotel bar in the afternoon, there was no barman.

The location is really nice. its in the Karin neighborhood, its quiet and lots of cafe/restaurant are around. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Deluxe room was spacious and well equipped. the breakfast was standard with hot/cold selections.

Everything is good here. Quiet rooms, great breakfast, staff super friendly and super accommodating hotel. I loved my stay and 100% recommend. My big thanks to Yulia (I think that’s was her ) that was super helpful and let us check in earlier. - an angel!!

Great breakfast, good location, helpful staff

The staff from checking in, breakfast staff, were very helpful and nice. They were all very respectful and did everything to ensure your stay was comfortable. The concierge also spent a lot of time with me to help me get around and restaurant suggestions. I loved my room it had everything I needed and more. It’s on a quiet street and tons of great restaurants nearby.

I really can’t say because my stay was perfect! Everyone I met at the hotel was very polite, nice and friendly.

The hotel was located at a good location, breakfast was good and the room was really clean. Staff was really helpful as well as whatever we needed, they tried to accomodate.

The one thing that was not enjoyable to me was the fact the A/C was not working. I understand that it was not summer at the time, but we were really warm in our rooms even with the windows open. And even with the windows open, there were a lot of vehicles passing by the hotel and we could hear it really clearly unless we close the window.

Well maintained, clean, very friendly and accommodating staff. Great selection at the buffet breakfast. Located within short walking distance of metro.
