Miss Sophie's Downtown

Delicious breakfast. Nutritious and ample with lots of yummy options. Wonderful catering staff who ensured we had everything we needed. Great location right opposite train station. Loved the decor and the whole set up which is so well thought out to capture various guests' needs and wants. Absolutely lovely staff. Professional and excellent at their job, but also so thoughtful and treated us as if we were guests in our home. We were so grateful and delighted with all of the personal touches everywhere. Thank you so much to Daria in particular, and to all the other front desk team members for being so kind and welcoming and supportive of us. This was our first time in Prague and we loved it so much, and felt so lucky and privileged to have met you all. You deserve the best of me and my fellow travellers and other tourists in return.

Modern, big & clean room, friendly staff

My stay was better than I expected. The room was fine, with good wifi and lots of hot water.There were more choices than I expected at breakfast.I met a few of the staff and they were all helpful. I don't know what else to say.

What a terrific place to stay! Six travellers in two very cool apartments where everything was immaculate and the facilities exceptional. Great location and wonderful breakfast as well. And as for the water pressure… best shower in Europe!

The staffs were very nice, the room was very comfy. The location was great, just opposite the train station.

Helpful staff. Convenient location if you need to catch the FlixBus (but we realised Bolt is very cheap to get around the city). Spacious room.

Very uncomfortable pillows & beds (super flat with zero support). Very poor soundproof. Super duper noisy, woken up multiples times since 4am by people slamming doors. Worst sleep ever unfortunately… Cheap but not worth it if you are used to comfortable & good quality beddings.

Critical feedback, but nothing wrong. The bathroom sink could be bigger.The shower requires an arrow for flow direction. Hot/Cold. Anti slip mat in the bath/shower.

Near to the station, more bigger room..the staff is friendly and very helpfull..breakfast is amazing and delicious..

Little bit difficult to find the hotel because the sign is too small..

This was a great place to stay. Right across the Central Station and short walk to Central CBD. The room was lovely, so clean and very comfortable. It was very spacious.The staff were lovely and very friendly. I highly recommend!!

I have no regrets choosing Miss Sophie’s Downtown. The location is just about perfect—right at the back of Prague’s main train station, only about a 5-minute walk, with plenty of taxis and a direct bus to the airport, which made getting around super easy. My friend and I shared a room with two separate beds, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries and towels, and the free Nespresso capsules (refilled every day!) were such a nice touch.

Sometimes the room key card doesn't work. I had to swipe it twice or use my friend's key card to open our hotel door. It wasn't a huge problem, but I imagined it could be cumbersome for those who badly wanted to get inside their room.

We like everything basically. The staff was very helpful and kind. Location, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast all were perfect!I highly recommend this hotel.

Large, spacious room with all the amenities required. Extremely friendly staff who were happy to help. Perfect location

Breakfast was standard buffet. Location in the historical center was of course the main reason for choosing. The staff was very professional and even the night manager poured us a few beers in the middle of the night. We also had a parking place for us, which is a big advantage.

The cost is a bit higher, but acceptable given the location and included services. And I forgot my phone charger, but that is my stupidity, hehe.

The hotel was very good, and there was parking available in the courtyard, which was very convenient. The room was very warm, even though it was very cold outside, around minus 6 to minus 7 degrees Celsius.It took about 10–15 minutes to walk to the central areas of Prague, which was very convenient. There were a couple of nice restaurants nearby as well.Overall, the room was quite large. The bathroom was good, the mattress was very comfortable, and the design was pleasant. In general, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Such a cute and cozy place. We loved the small touches like coffee, tea, biscuits, water, and the lovely note waiting for us. Everything was very clean, quiet, and felt safe. The location is perfect — close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

the door is quite hard to close properly which means i had to push/ pull pretty hard to make it shut completely. this is also the reason why i can hear the banging noises from other rooms
