Great location and clean

Extremely rude staff. We overslept and missed the checkout by 30 minutes (our fault, ofc), and had the manager start screaming at us to leave. It was completely unnecessary and could have been dealt with a lot more politely and professionally. In the end she made us pay 40 euros late checkout fee and still told us to get out. She could have just asked us politely to pay it at the very start and we would have happily paid it to get a couple more hours in the place. The manager needs a course in customer service.

Location was convenient. Room was spacious and clean.

Wish the building had lift. It was rather inconvenient having to carry our luggages up and down the stairs.

Located in the right spot for both sides of the river the place offers comfortable stay, great views and historic sides nearby. The room and the bathroom were vast, clean and comfortable, occupied with all essentials we needed.

Pretty much nothing. We were on the 1st floor in november, so it was a bit darker in our room looking towards the inner cort.

Location is amazing. Staff was very helpful. Everything clean. Luggage deposit. Wifi, coffe and tea.

It can be a problem if someone as mobility problems because of the stairs, but it is expected in a construction that old. The mattress are too soft.

Excellent location and staff were very welcoming. There is so much to do in the vicinity. Handy for transport links and right near the bridge. We would definitely stay there again. We loved it.

I had problems with the Nespresso machine but that was my fault. The TV uses apps but I was not able to use them as the UK subscriptions won't work in the Czech Republic but to be honest we didn't miss it as there was so much to do in Prague.

Great location with Charles Bridge at door step. Easy check in process and luggage storage is very useful. Spacious room with comfortable large bed. Good accommodation option with central location. I would come back again without a hesitation.

Fantastic location, very central, place was clean and well equipped.

I didn't take into account how loud it can get on the main street, loads of people smoking under our windows.

The triple room (apartment 6) has nice stained glass windows. The room is spacious and windows can be opened with a view of the shops/walkway to the Charles Bridge which is a couple of minutes walk away.Do note that it is an apartment building with no reception or staff onsite. We stayed for 3nights, no change of towels, etc. However, host/staff responded well re queries, check-in etc.

Though the location is great for sightseeing and food, it is not for car pickup and transfer as the road in front of the Residence is for pedestrians only. We did not know about it till the driver who came to pick us for departure to the airport was issued a fine by a policeman.

Located very close to Charles Bridge and long term luggage storage. Owners should make patio area more attractive but it is private, just under whelming.

Shower. No grab rails and BIG step up. Seemed slippery and we did not enjoy it.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of all the activities.

The street noise early in the mornings was loud with trucks. It was a bit warm when the windows were closed but too loud on the street to keep them open unfortunately. There was a small fan in the room. No A/C. A microwave would have been very nice. There was a frig but no way to warm things up and there was plenty of space for one.

It was literally two minutes away from the Charles Bridge. The hosts were responsive and it was clean. Also close to several eating establishments that had great food. There’s also a storage room in the building in case you need to check in early.

Perfect location, without noise.Apartment was very clean.Very easy self check in.We were allowed to leave luggage in the storage room before checking in.All in all wonderful apartment and hosts.Huge recommendation!

Property has the top tier location: there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and other attractions within walkable distance.The apartment itself is so huge you don’t even know what to do with all that space.Bed is very good as well.The only downside I can remember is poor noise isolation, but there is no much noise, especially at night.
