    Pros +

    • Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Room clean and tidy.
    • Nothing. Nocontact from hotel
    • professional receptionist

    Cons -

    • No staff at the hotel from 9pm till 8am. Not helpful for late arrivals and early departures. WiFi very patchy.
    • Hotel said they couldn’t process my card, which I have used there for every other stay, and for numerous other hotels around the world. They asked me to "update" my card details every few days, then cancelled my booking. Then it was impossible to contact them, and even Booking.com couldn’t contact them. I had to book another hotel at the last minute, which caused a lot of stress, and cost me more money. The hotel has turned into a disaster since I stayed there last year!
    • There was a smell of chlorine, dampness in the wall, and some other things were faulty. The biggest problem was that there was no hot water on the second night. I called the phone but no one answered, and when I went downstairs, they said it was being repaired and might be back in an hour.

Location is super! ~5 mins walk from the nearest tram station Zborovská~10 mins walk from Novy Smichov shopping mall with Teeco supermarket. room is spacious for 2 pax.

I came to Prague in possibly the coldest period the city has ever seen in some years and the heater in the room and bathroom are a bit weak. The water kettle has white residual inside - so i did not dare to use it.

The location was good for the place we needed to go, and there were many options for the restaurants.

The stuff was friendly to the guests before us, then she was turned to be unfriendly and not giving us clear instructions and information about the hotel. The room was bit cold for us (we stayed on the top floor), the light was bit dark.

The room was clean and the heating was good. The service of the staff was great.

At midnight, there was a guest kicking and banging on the front door of the hotel which woke us up. No staff was there to help. I know it is short-staffed but we would hope someone was there on a standby in case of emergency.

The bed was comfortable and the location was great, we walked everywhere (because we wanted to see as much as we can on foot) so there was no need for transportation. Charles Bridge was around 30ish minutes from the apartment and the city centre just over the bridges and the beautiful river. At night it's quiet and we got great sleep in so kudos for that! No noise complaints from us.

Uhh.. well first of, it was really cold. The room was cold and my boyfriend had to turn up the heating. Even when it got below zero it was freezing inside so come prepared this time of the year with wool socks perhaps. Wasn't clean as much as I personally expected. Our sheets weren't changed not even once. The hairdryer, my godd... I come from a post-communist country and trust me when I say I got used to old a** hairdryers but this was in ruins and falling apart piece by piece while drying my hair so ladies (and men) come prepared. Also the reception??? A ghost hall.

I love how nice their staff are here. The breakfasts were also scrumptious with the good songs played in the restaurant! Kinda giving the vibe! I have no problem during my stay so far - everything was so freaking awesome! Really recommend if you would like to have a good stay outside from the city. And close to the public transport too!

Outside from the hotel are so empty and quiet at night - so please be careful before you getting enter the hotel (they require access code so don't worry)

Humble staff, easy to check in. Near every tourist attraction . They close check in at late night. but they did everything so that we can get in and we did check in next day. Just awesome . In a world best service i ever had . Awesome

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Not my first stay at this hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel offers great breakfast options at their location.

The room is a bit outdated and needs renovation.

    Nice location, spacious room, clean

It was cold in the room and the heating panels were not working, we couldn’t use the air-con either to heat the room because it had no remote

    Great location! Good location/quality/price ratio.

If you are planning to do some work from the room, the wifi isnt great. Good enough for general usage.

    Breakfast okay, room was clean

Communication not the best. Nobody at the reception for most of the time

    6MadaraPosted on: 8-3-2025

Location is amazing- walking distance to most famous tourist attractions. Olga ( Olha) was very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, it wasn't clean. So much dust around, hair, bed linen with holes and spots. I could hear everything from my room , even the doorbell from reception.

    6JohnPosted on: 7-22-2025

The room was clean and very nice. The staff were very good and spoke English. I didn't have breakfast as I think my booking didn't include it.

The communication for check in was not great, after payment was declined few days before I was waiting for instructions which never came, I began sending emails the day before and only received answer about 1 hour before check in. I then saw reviews of this and almost took another hotel before receiving a text to speak to reception which I decided to do and eventually checked in. There was an extra cost on my booking.com room price which I believe was city tax and I think this had an exchange rate so I paid 13eur extra or so. In all my hotel bookings over many years in many cities this was the most complicated and time consuming while I was on holiday.

    7DennisPosted on: 7-21-2025

    comfortable, friendly

The wifi did not get to the room, so very disappointing, but the staff did try to help. It was fine in reception

    4ArtPosted on: 7-18-2025

The location is great and it's on a quiet street, which means not a lot of street noise. The access is by a door code, so make sure you write it down because there may be no one at the reception at night.

The hotel needs a MAJOR facelift: the mattresses are old, the bedsheets had holes, some light bulbs didn't work, some paint is peeling off. Note that if you are given a room on the 3rd floor, there are no actual big windows. Instead you only get skylights and the room may feel claustraphobic at first. This is not shown in any of the pictures, which creates a misleading impression of what your room would look like. Additional problem: the room service didn't replenish tea and coffee or soap every night. I stayed for 3 nights - and ran out of everything with the first two days. I was mostly disappointed by this hotel.

Central location. You can walk everywhere or take the tram (Nr.5) to reach any destination within minutes.

It was a bit noisy at night due to other guests who decided to talk on the phone at night. You can hear through the walls unfortunately.
