I didn't like the chairs in the dining area. Their legs are angled strangely and awkwardly. The faucets would be nice to replace; adjusting the water flow is difficult.

I had a wonderful stay at HolečkovaApartments. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect-it's very close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. What truly made the experience stand out was the amazing hospitality; the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague!

I really enjoyed my stay at Holečkova Apartments. The location is great, very close to the city center with frequent trams and buses, as well as shops and restaurants nearby. The booking process was easy and straightforward, and the staff were excellent throughout. My room was cosy and comfortable – just perfect.

Honestly, nothing at all. My stay was perfect.

We spent two days in this cosy and quiet place. Thanks to a tram station nearby (4 min walk) with trams to the city centre departing every 5-10 min it was very easy to get to all important sights. The apartment was very well equiped. The bed very comfortable. Thanks to code-doors even checking-in late was no problem.THANKS A LOT!

Very clean, very new, it's entire building adapted into apartments for rent, with a common reception, not just a random flats, which is nice.Room was equipped with everything one can think of, really appreciate!Very good contact with host, fast wifi, comfortable bed.

Just on the opposite side of the street is the construction work underway, so it's loud since early morning - but it's not a host's fault, just letting others know.

The apartment was modern, cosy and compact and close to the tram station.

The toilet didn’t have a proper door—just a sliding door that couldn’t be fully closed, so there was no real privacy. Additionally, it didn’t seem thoroughly clean. The toilet and the surrounding area had a slightly sticky floor and an unpleasant smell. The beddings and towels were okay, but the overall cleanliness wasn’t a 10/10.

It was spacious, very clean, the bathroom was exceptional and the staff was very pollite and helpful. It is very easy to reach the tram/bus (around 2 minutes) and the location is great.

Excellent location, close to a bus station just a few stops to the historical center. Staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive. Many thanks to the receptionist, Gabriela, who made my birthday extra special!

"Friendly" man at the reception doesn't speak English.

It was spacious, clean, bright and very well decorated with lots of details. The location was great, right by tram and 10 minutes away from the center. Gaby, the receptionist was very friendy.

We had the 4th floor with no elevator, and my mom is older, so it was a bit of a struggle. Nothing too terrible though.

The apartment is very nice. It had almost everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable, and I loved that there were two different types of pillows so we could choose the one that suited us best. It is very well connected with the tourist attractions, has food shops nearby, and a delicious pizza place just around the corner for an easy dinner. The area is quiet at night, ideal for a good night's sleep.

It would have been nice to have two more chairs at the table since there were only two of us (a family of four).The bathroom exhaust fan had two switches; they weren't marked as such, so it was easy to turn them on without realizing it. Especially one that was at the other end of the bathroom and caused the exhaust fan to stay on all the time. The constant noise can be annoying during the night.

Room was lovely and clean. It was spacious and had everything you needed in the kitchen. It had towels in the bathroom and a hair dryer. The bed where comfy as was the sofa handy for extra space to put things or get ready. Lift to room was very handy with our bags. Check in was very easy and simple as was check out. The heating in the room worked well and kept us nice and warm. Good storage Good transport using the tramp to most parts of the city. 2 min walk to the nearest tram stop. You are tucked away from the busy streets so it is nice and quiet but can be on the other side of the river in the main areas within 15 mins by tram. Cheap and quick.

Did not see staff at any point - we had a form to fill in when we arrived left for us on the bed (with a nice post it note).I put the form on the desk at the front of the hotel. I slid it through the railings as it was shut (as we arrived late at night). The form stayed on the desk of the office with the shutters down for the duration of the weekend stay. I assume they did not need it urgently and that no one else staying would try to look at it as it had our details on. Not a massive issue at all, just seemed a little unprofessional.

The property is beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. It was perfectly clean and tidy. But the highlight is the easiness of getting to and from the Prague Old Town and Palace with an easy short tram connection. Also, contact with the property is super easy and the host Gabriela very friendly. Overall a strong 10/10 and will definitely be back for our next stay in Prague.
