The hotel exceeded our expectations - plenty of room, amenities, and location was quiet and close to all attractions.

I love the warm floors in the bathroom. Also, the bed and pills were very comfortable.

Location and parking.Big, clean room.Elevator.Breakfast good enough.

The property does not deserve to be rated as Hotel and that too 4 star . I feel booking.com do not deserve to keep this hotel in there search .

The attitude of hotel staff is the first thing . The reception person seeing a lady struggling with luggage to enter the hotel , he hardly cares about that . In a hot summer , there is not even an ask to offer a glass of water . After many requests to get an early check in , it was denied which is still ok . Since we left our luggage at reception ( as was asked to do so) , we came back around 5 pm . There is no courtesy of atleast placing our luggage to our room , it was still lying in same fashion . Staff was rude while asking about hotel facilities , someone to guide on in room service . Nothing I honestly felt like moving to other hotel and not to book any further with booking. Com . Room cups were not cleaned even . Breakfast is a waste of money .

The rooms were big enough and very clean. And very quiet. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.It was a short walk to the main square and metro. Very efficient and cheap public transport.

It was our first visit to the Czeck republic so we were not sure what to expect with food. The breakfast was a selection of typical czeck items - we would have liked more hot options. But that's just our personal taste.

Location

As for the breakfast, some of the food wasn't fresh, and there weren't enough tea cups most of the time. TV remote control and air conditioner in the room weren't working properly. Bed headboard and night tables were quite dusty. Overall, the hotel fell short of what I’d expect from a 4-star property.

Excellent central location, lovely restaurants nearby including Husinec - where they serve best pork knuckle in Prague. The hotel itself had comfortable beds and soundproof windows and walls. We had good nights sleep. Shower was excellent also. Staff at the reception and restaurant was welcoming.

Average breakfast. Safe box did not work, we asked to check why but no one came. We booked 2 rooms, TV was not working in one room. We had 1 mug in double room and asked for another mug which was not provided.

Good staff especially the reception staff he was more than helpful

Convenient location

The smell of sewage made me really sick. The breakfast was so bad. Even the bread was hard and old. Day 2 I skipped breakfast as I couldn’t eat anything.

Room was fabulous with a huge bathroom. Staff were lovely and the hotel immaculate.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s location was amazing—metro and New Square were right at our doorstep, and we could easily reach other areas on foot or directly by metro. The staff was very sweet and helpful.The rooms were comfortable, but as a couple, we didn’t really like the pillows; they were too soft for our preference. We left early, so we couldn’t try the breakfast, but it’s probably a typical European breakfast.All in all, it’s a great place to stay in terms of location and service, and we would definitely recommend it!

While our stay was mostly pleasant, there were a couple of things we didn’t like. The pillows were too soft for our preference, which made sleeping uncomfortable. As a couple, we would have preferred firmer pillows.Additionally, we left early and couldn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on its quality. However, we assume it was a typical European breakfast.These were the main drawbacks for us, but overall, our experience was still positive.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Very cheap interiors and decor, with a “glamour” style that feels outdated and kitsch. Reception staff had a very bored and sufficient attitude, with zero customer care. Also had a predicament where supposedly I had consumed items from the minibar which was not the case, and the receptionist treated the situation almost like he was doing me a favor for not making me pay. If you expect 4 star treatment, looks elsewhere.

Everything was perfect. Big room, great bathroom. The location is just around the corner from the Museum, which is walkable into the old city.

TV was a bit dodgy, and not a lot of channels, but who comes to Prague to watch TV?!

Nice view in the suite and good location.

This is not the standard for a 4 star hotel. We booked the executive suite after new years and the check in was extremely slow and the receptionist started discussing uneasy subjects when we just wanted to check in. When we entered the suite it had a strange smell, the TV didn't work and it also lacked mood lighting in one of the rooms. The breakfast was sadly not good quality with barely no options (dry pastries, cheap juice and scrambled eggs and bacon was very poorly made).
