Good breakfast, pet-friendly, excellent location. The restaurant under the hotel was also good.

One of the water cups was dirty.

A women with black hair on the staff at the reception desk was rude to us when we asked her a questions about things we didn't know. The other staff members were very friendly

Centrally located to old town.

The property is average. Beds were so so. Breakfast was average. Bathrooms and toilets lacks hooks to hang clothes or towels. No complimentary coffee in room. Tv had only 3 channels playing. We asked about microwave to heat up food and front desk attendant had no clue. Elevator stops between 2 floors so u either climb up or climb down.

Overall, it was an okay experience, but the hotel felt quite outdated. The breakfast area was very small and became crowded quickly, making mornings uncomfortable. I was also surprised that they didn’t have basic items like a needle or small essentials available to borrow.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly.Rooms clean.

Kettle in the rooms would have been nice but no complaints otherwise.

It was close to center

Not like in photo. Old hotel. Room needs rinovatet. Breakfast close at 10:00, we arrive at 09:45 eggs was finished, i asked women there to cook 1 egg for me and here answer was no, I don’t get why it was such a big deal to cook me just one egg.

breakfast - tasty. Location - convenient (on a quiet side street). Room - okay. Lots of ground level transportation nearby. Reception Desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Old style hotel, funny how the toilet room was in a separate space from the shower & sink. A little bit hard if you need to lift heavy luggage from the street to the reception lobby. But a lift is there to get from the reception area to your room on another floor.

When we arrived there is short hair lady I think she was not her on good mood. Even she didn’t share with us her smile :)

The location.

Our room was on the first floor, right above the restaurant kitchen. When we opened the window at night, there was a very strong smell of overcooked oil. I tried to tell the administrator about it, but she didn't pay attention, and I had to sleep like in a restaurant kitchen for 3 nights. And the beds were uncomfortable.

The work staff were very rude, not at all customer friendly,except for John who was friendly. The food options were very limited as well

Easy to find, good location hotel room. Comfortable bed, good shower, restaurant downstairs serves good dinners and the breakfast has enough variety to suit an international clientele. Loved the building's character - high ceilings, tiling, other quirky aspects.

Streetlight right outside the 1st floor room and curtains which didn't cover the wondows fully and weren't thick enough mafe for a very light room to try and sleep in. Rubbish trucks and their attendant noise are out between 5am-6am two mornings a week along this street.

Great location, large twin room, firm comfortable beds. Clean, good breakfast.

No tea making facilities in the room and no safe.
