The winding downhill path to the garage is very narrow, and my BMW X7's wide wheel rims have been scraped several times! The damage is severe! it's too difficult to drive down!

I understand that this is a congress hotel, but it felt a bit strange being directly connected to a shopping center. The spa is located inside the gym within the shopping center, so you have to walk through the mall from your room to reach it. Going there in a robe can feel a little awkward.The spa changing rooms are shared with gym users and can get quite crowded, which means there isn’t much privacy when changing - something to keep in mind if that matters to you (although I suppose privacy becomes less of an issue once you’re naked in the spa anyway).The breakfast area is very large, but it can also get extremely busy. We waited about 10 minutes for a table. That said, there was a wide variety of food, and everything we tried was very good.

The lift situation was quite chaotic at times, they can probably be better routed. Breakfast was good, but not great.

I was delighted with the spaciousness of the suite. The breakfast was amazing with lots of different choices. The public spaces were extremely clean always. The location is also a bonus - you do not need to move outside at all once exciting from the Metro - you arrive into a shopping centre which has direct access to the hotel. A real bonus in very cold weather

The only drawback was the number of lifts available compared to the huge volume of people staying in the hotel. And the staircases were not always clearly indicated.

I had a very good stay at Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. The hotel is large, well-organized, and very clean throughout. The facilities are solid and meet the expectations of a hotel in this category. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and helpful, which made the stay smooth and comfortable.

I do have two constructive suggestions for improvement. First, adding a refrigerator to the standard rooms would be a big plus, especially for guests staying several days. Second, the breakfast could be more varied. I stayed for three days and had breakfast every morning, but the menu was exactly the same each day. A more diverse or rotating breakfast menu would noticeably improve the overall experience.

Everything was excellent- we loved the easiness to reach the city center by metro, great amenities as the hotel is connected to a shopping mall with supermarket and everything. The room was spacious and clean and people working there were all polite and friendly, also great breakfast selection.If you're travelling with kids and counting on the swimming pool, keep in mind that the pool belongs to a gym that doesn't allow kids at the pool after 4PM local time.

I came to Prague for a medical procedure and specifically booked this hotel because I needed a quiet place to recover. Unfortunately, my room was extremely loud, with constant heavy stomping from above, and I did not sleep a single night during my 9-night stay. It became so unbearable that I checked out 2 nights early and lost that part of my reservation.I also chose this hotel because it advertised multiple restaurant options, which was important due to my severe dietary restrictions. In reality, there were almost no suitable options available for me.Lastly, I did not feel welcomed by the front desk staff. By the end of my stay, I found myself avoiding interaction because the atmosphere felt uncomfortable.

The location was great, the hotel has access to the subway and bus station, only 4 stops to the attractions. Also, there is access to a small shopping mall with a food court. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of options. The staff were very helpful and nice, they did an upgrade for our room because we were a family. Reception team was very nice, and they provided us with instructions on how and where to visit in the city.

Big contemporary hotel with everything you need while travelling. Cosy and well furnished room, big enough. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean. Location is good and convenient to travel. There is a big underground parking where you can leave your car and easily get to the city centre by subway (nearest station is 3 minutes on foot). It’s hard to find the parking place in the city centre so if you want to sightsee the city it’s better to leave you car. Strongly recommend to choose this hotel to stay

Few staff at reception were okayish! I understand it was Xmas or new year and they had to work but it’s their job to assist the tourist !
