Very clean and nice, I would like to have a restaurant to order food but either way, it was very comfortable
Noise from the water canals into the room
it was pretty clean and you can go city center by taking 5 min closed tram.
I had reserved a room with one double bed, but it consisted of two single beds joined together. Unfortunately, this was uncomfortable because the middle of the bed sagged inward.
Good location near Sacre Coure seminar venue.
No reception, no luggage service, bare minimum amenities.
Probably the only hotel during all my trips across Europe (among 4-star hotels) that truly had everything we needed. Our main criteria were well-heated rooms, clean and comfortable beds, and an electric kettle — especially important as I was traveling with my kids. The location is perfect, with park and National Museum right opposite the hotel, trams and buses nearby, and plenty of good restaurants around. I can definitely recommend the Italian place on the right side of the road circle. The staff were very pleasant, and I must give special recognition to the cleaning team. You won’t find a speck of dust, even in hidden corners of the room. Tatyana and her team truly deserve praise for their outstanding work.
Nothing to complain about. The only surprise was that I didn’t know the breakfast is served in a different building, about 50 meters down the street. On our first morning, I was actually searching for the breakfast area! My only suggestion would be to provide an information sheet in the rooms. Since phones are available (which is a great bonus), it would be helpful to include key details like the breakfast location, reception phone number, and other useful information for guests. That said, we ended up enjoying the little morning walk to the other building — it even felt like a fun part of our routine.
The room itself was nice and comfy, a bit small. The location was great, really close to tram.
The fact they don’t have reception and if we needed anything we had to go to the other hotel
Even though the television was too big for the room I really appreciate the English news channels provided. The hotel is located up a short distance from the main road so it is quieter.
I liked that it’s fully renovated but nothing else
The heater was cranked up to 45C and couldn’t be turned down or off. The bathroom design is extremely uncomfortable, you shower and come out and everything gets wet. The staff couldn’t care less about customer service. There was a young man at the reception with one of his earphones on looking at his cellphone screen while having customers at the reception. Had to repeat twice myself because he “couldn’t hear me”… this hotel is not friendly at all and one could argue that is about language barriers but it’s not, it’s about the staff attitude at the reception. Never coming back and I don’t recommend it
The rooms were clean and quiet.
It was a little inconvenient to walk to look for the reception area. The breakfast was very basic. Coffee was below average.
Spacious and great location.
Excellent staff and comfortable room.
Beautiful and clean room.
Although not entirely the hotel's fault, more information about parking would have been helpful prior to arrival, including information on where we could have parked temporarily to check in. We ended up reserving a parking spot a couple of blocks away with Mr. Parkit. For those driving, reception is located at the hotel next door, and there is a small area you can pull off the main road to get directions to their parking lot, etc.
Clean, modern, close to public transit.
Despite having a front desk there is literally no one working on location at any time, ever.SO there's no security.Multiple nights drunk men were in the hall slamming doors and yelling at each other. Not great if you're traveling for work, or god forbid, a woman solo traveling.
room facing busy street on the ground level, the worst experience.
they gave me a room on the base-floor right next to the lobby door facing a busy street. The noise from constant closing/opening of the main door combined with the need for completely shut windows made the room unlivable. I'm frequent traveler to this hotel, but if they give me this room once again, I will never return. They charged almost 100 eur per night for this. Unbeleviable.
They had a computer glitch and had to move us to another hotel. They dealt with it really well. Thank you.
A beautifully renovated hotel, new and minimalistic. The room was big, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, all very clean. The location is great, 20 minute walk to the Castle.
The old building is very nice, the hotel is close to main atractions
It is a 4 star hotel, but: no slippers, no shower cap, no vanity kit, nothing in the minibar, the parking space costs a lot, small room, poor choice for breakfast
