The staff were lovely and quick to try and sort out the problems we reported to them.

The room design was so bad that we could hear everything in the adjacent room. From a normal conversation, to the dogs toenails clicking on the floor, their TV. The water took a very very long time to warm up. And it only ever got warm, never hot.

The room had everything I needed. Breakfast was very good. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was great for me. Close enough to the center, without being in the middle of all the tourist. Plenty of restaurants around. Nice area to go for a run as well.

Whole night there was a mechanical sound that effected my sleep poorly. I couldn't figure out the cause. It sounded like it was coming from the AC unit but the AC was actually off. Poor sleep effects your perception of a hotel quite a lot. Otherwise it was a pretty nice stay.

vVery cozy the location was very good as the public transport it top notch and there is no problem in terms of location. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very warm always.

The only thing i didn’t like was that they don’t change the towels during our 3 night stay.

The location is very convenient

Poor amenities, very small and poor room with very old TV and only one elevator for the whole hotel.

Location is a little bit far, but, tram stops is very near. So, you can take a tram and reach at city centre for 20 minutes. Receptionists are so kind, even they let us make early check in with free of charge. Room was very clean and facilities are good. Breakfast is awesome and delicious, you can find whatever you want to eat there. Generally, it is very good for amount.

Room photos are different which I stayed. First, check the room size because at photos you can see the large room. Bath cabin is a little bit small.

The location is good, the staffs were nice and very helpful

The light in the shower room is turned off automatically (based on movement detection). It's okay when we stand right below the light, but it's anoying when we took a shower or at the toilet and sudenly the light was off. It's because the position of detector a little further from bath room and toilet spot.

Mattress was good The breakfast is beautiful also

Both breakfast and location ware very good.

Room size was too small, bathroom size was big in proportion to room size.

Friendly staff, great location with public transport, nice shops and restaurants nearby.

No accessible power outlets in the room, no lactose free / vegan milk alternatives, pigeons dirt and net outside the window

The was the least expensive accommodation of our 2 week European trip, yet, it had the best value for the price. We were upgraded to the Executive floor, I think. The room was magnificent with high ceilings. It was clean and close to all the action in the old town. Staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was high quality. Would go back in a flash.

Internet was spotty and because this is an older style hotel, but still charming, you had to take a shower in the tub that had a very small window to keep the water from going all over the floor!

Good breakfast, nice dining room, comfortable beds. Tea and coffee making available in the room.Handy to shopping centre Stromovka and to tram - 2 minutes walk.

When we arrived the window was opened and the room was cold as it was 8 degrees outside. The air conditioning heating mode did not function.When I enquired at the reception they recommended to turn on the radiators. They slowly heated the room, but radiator in the bathroom it did not work.

Non-pretentious hotel with comfortable, well-appointed rooms and friendly and accommodating staff. It's well located close to a streetcar stop and only a few stops away from the Florenc train and bus stations. Architecture buffs will also appreciate the nicely maintained Functionalist style building, which includes the original ballroom where a generous breakfast buffet is served every day. The room was quiet and with a strong wifi signal, so ideal to get some work done too. I will come back!

The only (very minor) annoyance was that the doors to the toilet and bathroom are very close to one another in the narrow entrance corridor. But that really wasn't an issue!

It’s a very comfortable and well located hotel. The rooms are nice, with a great bathroom and shower. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was quite okay. The staff were helpful, which made the stay enjoyable.

Breakfast was not really good, and really crowded.

It was a little difficult to get a table the 1st morning so we took our brekky to our room. 2nd morning we went down a bit later and that worked well.

Good sized, well-lit room with air-conditioning and spacious bathroom. The rooms, lobby were clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is accessible via trams from train station and city center. There are good restaurants (different cuisines) at walkable distance as well as convenience stores. The breakfast buffet was good.

The WiFi connection was inconsistent at times. Our room had a single sofa but no chair to the study/work desk so I found it a little uncomfortable to do quick tasks on my laptop.

The only positive was the breakfast, which was genuinely good.

The hotel was mediocre overall. It might be acceptable for its price, but I’m certain there are better options in the same range. One receptionist, in particular, was unhelpful—everything we asked for was met with a “no.” No extension cord, no extra blanket, no outlets in the room except in the bathroom, and no information about the parking spots right in front of the hotel. The rooms are very small, and the staff didn’t make any effort to address issues. We couldn’t even get a single teabag from reception.

This was a comfortable, quiet hotel with a convenient location. Breakfast was very nice. I would recommend the hotel.

WiFi was a bit weak in the room, but this did not affect the stay.

Calm cosy retro feel, and that it was accessible to the touristy part of town without being too close to it . Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast to start the morning. Had several options with my histamine intolerance.

Note it is up a hill . The walk though is beautiful across the bridge

The suites are really nice and comfy. Nice beds, bath tub. Great breakfast. Michal P. in reception does everything to make you comfortable. He even carried my bags to my room.

Some staff reception are not that polite, they don't greet or notice you. Pity, there is no concierge at the hotel.
