the room was wonderfully large and the bed great. The window to the main street however was not insulated well enough, so the noise of the city kept us from sleeping at times.

Breakfast.Spacious room. The excellent WiFi. The bed.Proximimity to the Prague castle grounds.

The Spa is limited and not accessible on a complimentary basis after 12:00

The parking and breakfast were great. It has excellent access to Prague Castle.The bathtub was big and great for taking a half bath.

It was slightly cold in the bathroom.

Large bedroom, bathroom had a spa bath for two plus a shower. Breakfast was superb with enough choices for all. Food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent. only 15 minutes to either the Old Town or Charles Bridge. 10 minute walk to lots of bars, shops and restaurants on quieter hotel side of river. Tram and metro stop 2 minute walk.

Sadly housekeeping were very lax at keeping coffee and milk topped up, had to keep requesting. Also the bar closes at 1100. which is a bit too early, should be at least 1200.

Perfect location, clean-the cleaning service every day was amazing

It was a little bit difficult to book in the spa, we could not use the jacuzzi we wanted at the end, but everyone was nice and helpful.

Due to an unexpected situation in Brussels, we arrived at the hotel one day after our original reservation. A big thank you to Peter and Roman at the front desk who were extremely kind and helpful—they held the room for us and even arranged some compensation.This boutique hotel is conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Prague Castle. It features spa facilities, and we particularly enjoyed the private sauna. The room was cozy and spacious, with a large balcony. We truly had a wonderful stay.

The staff was very kind Peter and Nicole from the reception were very helpfull and answered every question with a smile . The hotel is close to many attractions and to the old city . I am sure to come back .thank you

Wonderful hotel in an exceptional location near Prague Castle.Spotlessly clean, charming, and truly feels like a fairytale castle.We will definitely return. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The massage by Andrew and the kindness of Diana and Nicoll at the reception were outstanding.❤️ and the breakfast was simply WOW.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel !!!

Excellent choice for breakfast foods and big, comfortable room. The bathtub especially was great and spacious. The location is great as well, as the old town is reachable on foot within 10 minutes.

The pillows were too soft for my taste. However, that is all; There are no other complaints, besides parking being maybe a bit expensive, but less expensive than leaving your car downtown for the day's that you'd stay here.

It’s well located. Has a good restaurant. There’s a spa

The spa is almost always booked out and availability is poor. The staff can be rude but Ivana the manager is excellent and extremely perceptive so she managed one of our disappointments. The rooms although big, feel old and there’s carpet which doesn’t give a feel of hygiene. The bed was quite small.

Super location, stones throw into centre & castle.

One very thin pillow - not overly comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and provided many options including breads, fresh fruits, meats, and eggs.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location - just across the river from the Old Town and 2 minutes walk from Malostrana tram stop. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent every morning.

There was traffic noise from the busy road outside ( mostly trams passing) which didn’t bother us but come prepared with earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Spacious , great food and great facilities . Handy for centre and castle

A little dated in places but didn’t detract from how comfortable it was or the staff service which was excellent

The charging points were not near the bed. There was drilling noise on the first day.

Very clean, good facilities and breakfast! Also the staff was very helpful and the Spa and massage were magnificent.
