    • The first floor was beautiful. It seems that the owners spent all their money on the lobby.
    • They had a room available..
    • It was ok for our stay (traveling through Prague)- clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, free parking.

    Cons -

    • The batteries to the lock died and we couldn¿t enter our room. After leaving for 7 hours we come back to the same problem. Night manager Yana offered to cancel our reservation after check in at 9pm and with our 8 month baby in hands. Horrible service.
    • Stained pillowcase made me wonder if sheets had been changed. Far away from Prague.
    • Breakfast was not so good..

This hotel was such a surprise for me and not what I expected at all. Everything looks like a time capsule and the hotel looks like peak luxury from 40 years ago. Everything looks tacky and funny. The rooms are old and dingy and the one we had was ridiculously big with a lot of empty space. The hallways are dark and long and look like a scene from a horror movie. The important thing is that the bedding, towels and rooms are actually clean as otherwise none of the other quirks would be charming. The hotel is very big and marketed as having a lot of services for their guests (tennis, bowling, gardens, bars, restaurants, pool, wellness center...) but it's unclear which of these services can be accessed at any time, since, for example, we were informed that bowling is closed during winter.Breakfast is acceptable and there are enough things for anyone to find something they like.Parking was free with my booking and there are multiple parking lots accessible to guests. All in all, this was a very interesting stay and I believe it's worth the money, but you should definitely know what you are getting into.

The hotel is very far from the city center and not that well connected. There is a bus that could take you to the metro station and then from there you could go to the center but it's easier to just take your car to the metro park and ride and go from there, or just take your car straight to the city. There is also nothing of any importance or value around the hotel. There is a bit of that familiar old room smell here, but you get used to it quickly.

Breakfast was delicious. Old design, it's very beautiful.

I didn't like the food from the bar. It's a little bit expensive..

The location was good enough — a 10-minute ride to the main railway station and the largest shopping center in Prague. The triple room was clean and spacious, with one toilet and a very large bathroom. We stayed there for 8 nights, and every morning our room was tidied up.

    1) Since the decorative pillows were dirty, I asked the staff not to put them on the beds; however, every evening when I returned to the hotel, I would find them on the beds again. This meant that I had to ask for clean sheets and change them myself, as the housekeeping staff was not working in the evenings. I did it twice, the third time, I approached the receptionist and asked how long this would continue. She said that housekeeping was not working at that time and that she couldn’t help. When I replied that this was not my problem, she said, “I don’t care.” I was shocked by such an unprofessional response from the receptionist. The next day, the same dirty pillow was on my bed again. When I approached the receptionist once more (a different staff member this time), she asked me why I had chosen their hotel if I was so frustrated. How could I have known before check-in that I would encounter these problems and such unprofessional behavior from the reception staff? To sum up, 2 young girls from reception are unprofessional, and I hope the hotel management sees this review!2) There was no power outlet next to my bed.3) No slippers in the rooms, you should pay around 4 EUR for a pair.4) On the first day, the room was quite dark. On the second day, one of the lights stopped working, making it even darker. 5) The fridge seems to be working, but it doesn't keep things cold at all.6) There isn’t a single cup in the room, let alone the kettle.7) Breakfast is almost the same every day and tasteless, not much choice.8) Everything you want from reception, you should go and get yourself; no one will bring it to your room (iron, clean sheets, soap...)

Room too large but warm. Good breakfast. Good location.

the room is difficult to find (confused way inside the hotel)

    The room was spacious

but equipments are old and nonfunctional. AC not working, they put off the lights on the corridor, everywhere was dark and smells

    6RadwanPosted on: 8-16-2025

The location was good and near to bus station and 500m away from metro station Room was large and cleanI enjoyed the old style design which made feel like in 70s or 80s

It doesn’t actually have an AC it’s just a fan.The breakfast was not good in quality and variety.

Big rooms with comfortable beds for a decent price. We highly recommend it.

    6NadinePosted on: 6-28-2025

Its breakfast. Public transport stops in front

There is the mention of a pool but you need to pay for it. I had booked this hotel only because there was a pool. Having known I would have booked somewhere else

There is no small fridge for drinks available in the property. Additionally, while most hotels provide a small electric kettle for making tea, this is not available here. I booked a VIP room, but it does not include a mini fridge or a tea/coffee pod machine, which is quite disappointing.

The Hotel was very nice, the rooms are spacious even the Bathrooms. The Location is great though, very quite and peaceful place. If you don’t have a car You can order a Taxi or Bolt to drive you to the city center for 6/7 euros.

But the matrices were not very comfortable, maybe I had an old one. The breakfast is medium, not large choice but sufficient. The Staff was not very nice to be honest. I was really disappointed from that.

    7DusanPosted on: 4-26-2025

Big complex, easy to get to city center, although it’s quite far away.

Bowling not working. Two restaurants not working. In one only open restaueant the staff is not polite. Rhey pretend all tables are reserved, but in fact the place is empry all time. They welcomw u with message “do u gave reservation?” , the next is “cash only”. What, in a hotel? Roomscare large, simple furniture, intead of minibar there is only small fridge.

    - hotel offers parking (paid), breakfast and many rooms of different level- location is quite ok, quick access to highway and bus stop as well- room had decent size- internet access for free with acceptable speed

    - the worst one was the bed in "standard room". low, not comfortable, narrow- room was not sound isolated and main noise came from entrance door, very noise stay- room shower was tiny with curtain, weak point here- room was older, it would be reconstruction, at least new wall paint- breakfast in my case was for free, simple one, acceptable, in best case average

    4AndreaPosted on: 3-28-2025

Exceptionally rude reception staff, inedible breakfast, spa section was very clean and well equipped

    3VaclavaPosted on: 3-12-2025

The hotel’s location is close to the D1. Easy access. There are plenty parking spaces.

The hotel is very old. Will need huge remodeling. Service in restaurant slow and unintended.
