Bathroom. New, clean. Shower worked well. Nothing worn. Despite the hotel being full it was reasonably quiet at night.

Capacity of the breakfast rooms at the weekend. The internet didn¿t work on the second device. Toilet paper - not sufficient quality.

The staff and location were exceptional.

Close to public transport. Pretty quiet. Broad breakfast selection.Fast wifi.

I like how friendly the staff were, and their high-quality customer service was delivered at all times. They really made me feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet was so good and had many items to choose from, I never seen such a buffet before in any other place, as far as I remember.

We really liked the hotel. The breakfasts were tasty — although the selection was the same every day, it wasn’t a big issue. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the blankets were warm. The room temperature was 22.5°C, which was very comfortable. The tram stop is conveniently located nearby.

In general very good

System of the lift a bit complicated and sometimes not working properly some malfunctions to correct please. But not happening all the time intermittent issues

The room looked great and it was very clean . Best part was the breakfast which was abundant and you could choose from a wide variety of foods . The location is also close to metro and bus station so you will save a lot of money on transport .

The water is warm and the metro is 6 minutes away

The sink was clogged with a chunk of hair in the pipe when we first walked in.NO fridge, NO safety box. NO noise cancellation.NO room service just changing the towels although we paid for full house cleaning. They are not changing the bed sheets or sweeping the floors ever. A lot of dust under the bed. The coffee is not refilled despite the fact that the lobby coffee machine is out of order… the cups are not washed. I didn’t feel like I was staying in a hotel.

I paid everything online And when I reached the reception they wanted me to pay one more time when I refused they claimed it’s a glitch in the system

Room was initially very clean on arrival ,and the breakfast was really good . Also the self check-in service on arrival was easy and seamless .

The staff were not helpful ,and a tag was left on our door on the after the second night to clean the room but it was never cleaned ,towels were not changed and toilet paper rolls were not replaced . When we reported this to the reception staff ,they stated the towels and toilet paper rolls would be brought up to our room but it never did that entire day . The next day the room was ‘cleaned’ but only the towels were replaced with still no toilet paper rolls . We also requested for an iron for the room and the lady at the reception just stated there isn’t any . When I read more information online about the hotel ,we saw there is a laundry room with irons on the property but she did not state this to us .

Good location with a tram stop right outside the hotel and another one within a 5-min walk. Safe neighborhood to walk in at night (we were to women). Room and toilet super clean, as well as everything else in the hotel. Wifi is fast and works with no problems. Mattress is soo comfortable it’s sinks with you lol. Staff are very kind and helpful, always smiling and providing fast service at breakfast. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out were really useful.

Yes, it is very convenient to get around by public transport, but it is still not THAT close. We spent like 30+ mins sometimes to get places. I think it’s an okay amount of time, but it’s good to keep it in mind. The staff seem a bit overworked and understaffed. The elevator gets really busy in the morning and we were on the 10th floor, so it would take some time to get back to the room.

Good location on tram to center. Parking in facility. Room was big for 3. East checkin and checkout. Plenty of selection for breakfast.

I liked the comfort of the beds, room temperature was nice, there was a tram outside if you’re into public transport. That’s all.

Customer service was easily the worst - I know there was automatic check in but we weren’t even welcomed into the hotel- no greeting. Cleaners took a LONG time to come and hardly cleaned. I told reception 3 times and they promised there would be someone - but there wasn’t. I also explained how I was a little unwell so I needed my room cleaned ASAP but nobody seemed to care. I agreed with the other reviews that the staff is rude and dismissive. It is clear that that only those who are on business trips are acknowledged , and given free items, whereas the rest of us couldn’t even get a pair of shower slippers - very disappointing for the price I paid! Breakfast was also very overcrowded & they didn’t refill often.

It was really nice and the room was ok

Even if you ask for a double bed they give you two single beds together and it was uncomfortable. During breakfast people often used the doors near the tables to go outside and there was really cold air coming inside.

Rooms are spacious for two people. Plenty of storage space. Room and bathroom are well equipped. Comfy. Kettle was nice to have, but a mini fridge would have been superb. Parking is great - but not free. Vending machines in the lobby are a nice touch. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good or not, depends on your preference, but you have to state on a card what sort of cleaning you want to be done to your room. breakfast was plentiful, although the scrambled eggs were a bit odd to my taste - very homogeneous in texture, something that I am not used to.

Scrambled eggs - but that is just my taste :-) Guests were pretty rude and untidy (eg. leaving their plates etc on the tables when they left, cutting in line, no response when greeted etc), although this is not the hotel's fault. Dining space is limited, but there are signs in the elevator indicating what to expect when during breakfast time. One more thing, but that is technical, express check-in. It could not handle single guests in double rooms it seems. Staff was very helpful though and everything was sorted upon arrival.

The property is close to train and metro.

The reception is mentioned as Barception and when we went in late night it was crowded with people and had difficulty checking in.

We've stayed at this hotel quite often. It is comfortable, friendly, very accommodating, and in a lovely area. We drive our own car, but only use the convenient public transportation while there. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices.
