Good location. Nice staff. Good size room.

Would have been nice to have slippers. Also rotating door was broken when we checked in and we had to push through heavy double doors with our luggage.

Breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were quite good and tasty, especially the coffee. However, a major downside was how cold it was in the restaurant in the mornings — there were strong drafts, and we had to wear warm sweaters during breakfast.

We chose Marriott Hotel for a family New Year holiday. Overall, the hotel itself is quite nice, but unfortunately the room was disappointing.- The mattress was far too soft and noticeably sagging on one side, which made sleeping uncomfortable.- The shower cabin was extremely small — I couldn’t even raise my arms without hitting the walls.- The shower drainage system was very poorly designed: water constantly flooded the floor and the drain kept getting clogged.- The view from the window was terrible — it faced the hotel’s inner courtyard. Opening the window was impossible because there seems to be a kitchen inside the courtyard, and cooking smells were constantly coming up. This was especially frustrating since I specifically requested a street-view room when booking.- The TV was very limited: it is not a Smart TV and only allows watching YouTube.Spa area:The spa is small, but children will enjoy swimming in the pool. That said, the water could be heated more — getting into the pool was not very comfortable.Additional major downside:It was very surprising that a hotel of this level did not have a bathrobe in a child’s size for my child. In all other hotels with spa facilities where we have stayed, children’s bathrobes were always available. This is a significant drawback.

Excellent location close to the city center and main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing.

Housekeeping could be improved, as cleanliness did not always meet expectations.

Stuff. Yernar at the reception was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help.

Honestly the room should have the small staff in the toilet essential, but for all my stay time nothing provided, also i think the cleaning lady throw out my ear pods full bag of new ones but I totally ignored it and purchased another one..

We were very disappointed with the hotel. There wasn't a single toiletries in the room. When I asked the cleaning lady to bring me a shower cap and ear buds, she literally brought me two ear buds and one shower cap. Only after I complained to the reception did they bring me the toiletries.No hot water ! Water is was little warm.This hotel is not worth the money.Not even cofe machine.

Excellent location, a beautiful hotel, and fairly comfortable rooms.

The hotel is of a high standard, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. That said, there was a certain issue with the level of service that disappointed us. We upgraded the room to the Christmas experience at a considerable cost, but some items were missing, and I had to remind the staff repeatedly that we had not received them. This detracted from the overall atmosphere.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent with an easy walk to the historic old town and close to trams at the other end of the street. There were lots of nice restaurants and supermarkets near buy. The hotel is in walking distance to the local shopping centre.

We were so disappointed with the breakfast. Firstly, the staff were terrible from the front desk to the wait staff and the scary woman making omelettes. They seemed very annoyed that we came for breakfast despite not having breakfast included in our stay. Whilst the omelette tasted nice, the scrambled eggs were terrible. After the second day we chose to go out for breakfast and had a much nicer time. During our stay, we had to inform housekeeping that they only left one towel for three people and they failed to replenish the coffee. I was also disappointed that this was the only hotel on our four week holiday that had coffee sachets and a kettle rather than coffee pods. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the Marriott and I would choose a different hotel next time.
