Hotel Kinsky Fountain

Charm of a classic hotel. Located near the park, we had a quiet and restful stay with no traffic noise. Air conditioning a big plus. Excellent breakfast. Convenient parking. Helpful and pleasant staff. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom likewise

There is a trend in hotels now to stock shower gel/shampoo as a generic pump bottle. I prefer a regular bar of soap, and usually stop and buy one in town. Likewise, no wash cloths. Bring one with you.

The breakfast was good. Appreciated that the hotel has a bar in the lobby you can sit at. The location is convenient.

No hot water in the shower for 2 days so far. Alerted the front desk and heard several other guests do the same, still no change. We got two rooms, one is quite cold the other is a good temperature despite the thermostats being set at the same temperature. Wifi is abysmal so you can't even watch Netflix on the hotel TV. Cleaning service is just the staff splashing water and soap on the floor which left it stickier than it was before it was cleaned. They did replace the towels which is nice. No top sheet on the mattress and no extra blankets. Had to ask for extra sheets to get pillowcases for the extra pillows. Mattress is very hard in one room, fine in the other. Balcony is small and doesn't connect the rooms like it looks like it does on the website. Smells slightly musty everywhere you go and the bathroom has no real counter. Otherwise the hotel is fine, but it is by no means a 4 star hotel.

Some staff members from the reception were odd. Bored, and less helpful.

The room was big, location near Tram.

The breakfast did not have variety & there is no option to check-in early even with extra charge.

Every morning, breakfast time, the room smells also meals. I think they have some problem with ventilation system.But generally good Hotel. I suggest.

Great location in Mala Strana close to a tram stop (public transportation was easy and inexpensive), spacious room, good breakfast, friendly staff, and great value.

Room was a bit warm but managed to cool it down with window open. Aroma from breakfast cooking wafted into our room on the third floor every morning (but breakfast was plentiful and tasty).

Breakfast was excellent, and the room service was great. Enjoyed my stay.

My only complaint is the small elevator; this was an issue with luggage and several people needing to get on.

Everything was good, breakfast, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed the time there. The staff was friendly.

Absolutely glorious accommodation at an incredible price. Clean, sophisticated, friendly staff and a truly special experience.

It was quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were prompt and efficient.

It was further away from the city attractions than I expected. This was my fault for not doing better research.

The hotel building is exquisite and antique. A nice, clean room, polite and helpful staff, and a great location not far from the city center and metro stations. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed at this hotel for three days, and the breakfast didn't seem repetitive. It included hot dishes, cold cuts, etc.

This was my second time in Kinski Hotel.The staff is always friendly.

The two things that I don't like are:There is no air conditioning in the rooms, and that in the reception there are stairs for using the elevator, and if you have baggage.

Beautiful hotel. Everyone was nice and helpful. Very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I LOVEd that they have a fan in the room as well.

Location was central to tourist attractions, they held bags for us until time for checkin, breakfast was delicious

AC wasn't working, stairs were needed to get to the elevator making it a challenge if someone had decreased mobility.

Everything was working perfectly. Special thanks to the unusual lobby bar.

In our room the street notice was slightly disturbing. Because of the temperature, we had to keep the windows open. No air-conditioned.

No air conditioning, room right under the rooftop, quite hot inside.

The location was convenient, the breakfast was top-notch, and the staff was super friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and big enough for a couple plus a toddler.

Our room was right by the street, and the car noise was super loud, especially at night; otherwise, everything was great.
