Tram station is in front of the hotel , and Old town is near the hotel 15min by walk.Location is good!And breakfast is also quite good but cafeteria is not enough large for guests, so you may need to have breakfast early morning.

Toilet looks like old.But condition of room is good and tidy.

The middle-aged man standing in the lobby at night was very rude, and we couldn't communicate with him because he didn't speak English. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Perfect location, only10/15 minutes walk to main square. A lovely quiet area

Bathroom was out dated and could do with a separate shower from the bath as wasn’t much room to have a shower with the shower curtain. But was clean.

It was very close to the city centre.

We didn’t have any water at one point. Unable to shower.

Outdated room

Distance to tram stop and the city, close to shops and restaurants. room was warm

Room 409 the mattress dips badly in the middle, really needs an update. There was a very regular noise of metal clicking against another metal that was there throughout the day and night, I don’t know if it was the flags at the front or what but it was very disturbing.

Great location, clean and extremely nice staff! Luggage storage before check in and after check out free of charge.

At times some noise from neighboring rooms and construction, and the bed was not the most comfortable.

Excellent location, no frills room but fine for the cost. Perfect to get your head down if you're planning on being out all day. No bar.

No kettle.

The city center was close on foot. The room was warm in winter, and the tap water was warm.

Despite the few guests, we had a room with an unfavorable view. The parking zone is next to the hotel, but there wasn't discount for hotel guests. There wasn't breakfast option in the hotel.

The staff were very helpful , very polite and accommodating. The room was huge , the tram was just at the end of the street everything was close by

Location is great. Room is big. We didn't use local transportation in the city. Near the hotel there is cafe with 15% discount for the hotel visitors.

Wi Fi was pure and one evening was problem with heating. As well elevator is slow and a bit strange

Great location, very easy to reach every central destination. The hotel staff were all very friendly. Pretty view onto a nice church from the window. Small fridge was enough to keep some drinks and snacks. Nice bathtub.

It was a bit difficult to figure out which lights had to be turned on for the power outlets to work. The rooms aren't very spacious. It was okay for us, though, since we were out most of the day.

The location.

Cleanliness not so good. Approximately half of the power outlets in the room were not functioning.The hospitality was disappointing, very cold, and lacked warmth.

Location was good and the girl attention was very friendly,welcoming and helpful. She deserves some recognition for her fantastic attitude.

The shower head would not sit in the stand properly. The room was quite old fashioned . The radiator leaked which meant the carpet was soaking wet.

They didn't do breakfast but there was a nice hotel nearby that done a lovely breakfast.Hotel was close to markets we walked which was aboutt15-20 into old town sqaure market but there is a tram right across the road Room was small but comfy.

Room was clean and location was good for exploring. Staff were extremely friendly!

Only provided one flat pillow each, asked for another but as the hotel was full, they were unsure. However they did provided us with extra ones. There was also a small leak in the bathroom, but didn't affect the stay.

Great location for first time travelers. We walked a lot and never got tired as all the main sightseeing places were half an hour to walk. Next to main square were Xmas preparations started on the date we arrived.Small quiet hotel in the center there are lots of bakeries and places to have a nice and not expensive breakfast. Not far away from Vaclav Havel airport. 20-25 euros by taxi (Bolt or Uber).

It's not an issue like, to say I would prefer not to go there for such a reason, but more comfy pillows would make the rooms almost perfect. Yet again, just as a remark, not an issue.As others mentioned some week WIFI in rooms, but room 211 had that in all the beauty.
