older than the pictures look. shower is oddly designed. tried to convert a tub to a shower. water gets everywhere. people smoke on balconies cannot leave door open. Ac barely works

Friendliness, helpfulness, breakfast. Customer focus!!

The location was great. The breakfast was good.

There was a buzzing in the room that sounded like a cell phone vibrating (ringing). There was a bar in the shower that fell off the wall onto my foot and bruised it the last morning. We were on the top floor which had no view.

The hotel met all my expectations. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the room was clean, well-equipped, and pleasantly warm for late November when it was quite cold outside. Also liked the breakfast - everything was fresh and tasty.The tram stops and metro station are very close to the hotel, which made it super convenient to reach all the places I needed especially for reaching the Old Town (and outside of it), though you can also easily walk there in about 15–20 minutes.Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would gladly return.

Location and cleanness

We went on winter and our room was too heat and it wasn’t possible to low the temperature

The location of the property was great.

The pictures were updated pictures online. The property itself was older. The location was in a good location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The location was ideal. The breakfast was plentiful and the amenities were clean and accessible.

The breakfast was good, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the location was very good, near the tram station and walkable to the centre

The bathroom was a little old

Property is nice and it’s location is reasonable location to stay in.

Food Variety were not good at all and has a very very limited breakfast items.Not providing a bottles of water to the room.In general it was ok for one vacation but not to be repeat the experience there again.

The breakfast was very good and the location was good too since the metro transit system was very convenient to take or even by foot the walking distance to the old town was only about 30 minutes!

The room provides the coffee maker, however we like to drink hot water so it would be nice if they can provide kettle in the room.

Good breakfast and very helpful kitchen staff. The staff at the lobby was also very helpful. It was great to get an earlier check in and also have a place to store bags

It would be nice for the breakfast to have a hand sanitizer as people enter or before people dish food. Some parts of the room was dusty e.g. the top of the lamp

The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly.

Breakfast was super. Fresh fruit, order eggs, bacon and toast. Staff very friendly. Location quiet but close to all. Good air-conditioning.

Breakfast was tasty and filling. Eggs, fruit, salad, bread, pastries, and coffee drinks. Fresh and tasty. Location next to transit was great. Did NOT realize for the first few days how close we were to groceries that are interior of the buildings nearby. Very convenient.

The hotel has a great location at the city center, very close to metro and trams. It has caffees and restaurants aside. There is also Billa store nearby.The hotel staff were very nice. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast has variety of choice.

We liked absolutely everything, the room was not big but cozy, comfortable (we especially liked high ceilings) and very clean. Perfectly located, we stayed just a couple of days, as tourists and were able to reach a lot of sightseeings by feet, within a walking distance. There was even kind of hand drawn map in the room, of what to see nearby. Excellent breakfast, tasty and varied. And very likeable, friendly and professional staff. So we may definitely say we really felt at home.
