Toilet pipe is flushing from upstair is quite loud and its pipe can use some covering. Roof panel has opening that attracts insects from it.

Received excellent service from Arseniy, all hotel personal is really friendly and helpful btw. Clean rooms, good breakfast and a super location! Book this one, you won't regret!

Spacious rooms, great staff, comfy beds, good location, amazing variety in the breakfast and it was yummy! we had some great gifts from the hotel!

A bit loud, a bit creaky, and we can hear the other rooms opening and closing which is not cool! also having no soap and towel in the toilet is not fun

Perfect location, so all the places I wanted visited where in a walking distance. Very friendly staff.Wide selection of food for breakfast, so definitely it is a good idea to dedicate enough time. We were going for breakfast early, not that many people there but lot of delicious pastry.Since it was still quite chilly outside, I really appreciated the mulled wine at the reception that was prepared for the guest - it helped us to get warm.

The location was perfect for the centre of Prague with the metro and trams nearby The staff were very hekpful and friendly. The room was excellent!!!- very comfortable and clean.The breakfast was really good with hot and cold food and a large selection.We booked the executive suite and executive lounge access so we had drinks abd snacjs free between 1.00pm and 9 90pm. Also free parking nearby.

Quiet and affordable, with very good breakfast. Near all the city attractions.Free parking is a very big advantage. The staff was welcoming and helpful!

We went in first week of Feb,2026. Got Prague pass for free. We used it for free boat trip, car wash and and Majaland Praha. Also got free covered car parking for whole 3 days. Awesome .We also booked breakfast. It was not best but also better than normal. A

There was only 7 steps to the lift because of this it was not barrier free.

Perfect location. Kind staff. Comfy beds. Room had everything we needed. Complimentary bottle of wine at arrival; a very nice toich. Gift magnet at check-out, which was a really cute thing. Breakfast was amazing, all kinds of food, we ate very well.

No lift, but they have staff who can take your suitcases up for you.Pillows were not good for us, but that's a matter of personal choice.These are minor things,,the hotel is wonderful.

The staff at the reception were so friendly and very polite.Good location near to the old city Public transportation stations were near to the hotel.

Atmosphere, all staff especially from reception was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed as nowhere else and we are travelling quite a lot. Very nice breakfast. Mulled wine for free, winter time, for hotel’s guests. Mini bar in the room, prices were very good. Amazing stay.

Room a bit old fashioned, need to be renovated, but bed was very comfortable. Everything else was perfect.

The location was excellent, clean, well organised, the staff were very kind and helpful and nothing was too much for them when we asked for assistance. The staff made our stay very special, notably Anel. Breakfast was amazing every day, we will be returning, thanks for making our stay in Prague so special x

Very Clean and the location is so near to the tourist spot walking distance only, and we are really happy in our room its spacious and comfortable.
