It was a free excellent breakfast every day

It was not possible to talk on a phone; later, we requested a quiet room, but the front desk purposefully ignored the request and gave us a boisterous room instead and treated us harshly as if we were Ukrainian refugees. We paid top dollars!

The staff were very nice and helpful

The Hotel was close to the metro station, so we was really quickly in the Prague cityWe had some issues in our room, but we asked receptionist to solve the issues and then everything was fineBreakfast was fine but, every morning there was too much people in the canteen

Good hotel. We stayed in a double room with children — the room was spacious. Good breakfast. Large free outdoor parking.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center, in a residential area.

Comfortable beds, free parking spot, clean place.

That would be great to have a frigobar inside the room or at least a welcome bottle of water. But you can buy it in the reception.

Location outside city center but easy to reach with metro. Very clean and friendly staff. Nice, inviting lobby. Online check in - no wait at the reception! Very good breakfast included in price of the room.

The interior needs some attention. While outdated furniture is OK for couple nights, a ripped curtain in the room should be repaired before next guests arrive. Tiny shower with no light and sticky curtain was the low light ( also okish but could have been better)

Room was clean and the fan in the bathroom was not super noisy as it was a case in some other rooms. Available breakfast food is fresh and tasty.

Access card to my room got blocked after the first night - I had to go to reception to have it unblocked in the night. Still the noise especially from the hall is getting in via entrance doors.

I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. The room was quiet, spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was excellent; despite the hotel being quite full during our stay, there was always an abundant selection of food available.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was quite good. The property was partially surrounded by a forest, with serene hiking trails. It was a fifteen minute walk to a large shopping center, with multiple restaurants.

Noise was a big issue. Busses loaded with young school groups arrived each day. There was lots of yelling in the hallways, and banging on doors. We were awakened multiple times, on several nights, throughout our stay. There was also limited noise from a large construction site, some twenty-five meters from the hotel entrance. The 10 am check-out is inconvenient for guests.

Location. Parking. Nice breakfast. Great overall value.

Good quality hotel with good connection to highway in the quite part of city. Rooms are large but looks old, also the bathroom. Breakfast is good with various meals. Good choice for budget traveler.

The hotel room was relatively basic, but had everything we needed. Comfort-wise, just about what we needed, although not really a place to put a big wide smile on your face. Just normal, bland, useful hotel room for travelers on the move. The breakfast was OK too. Nothing to scream for, but fine, exactly within the price range for a hotel like this. I really liked the freedom of parking (no hidden fees and such), the hotel accommodates pets, so traveling with our dog was easy. Also great is the nearby metro station making reaching the city an easy thing. The hotel is nearby major highway, so reachability is also great. Finally, the forest surrounding the hotel is great for walking the dog, so one more small plus point. The nearest shopping mall is just 4 minutes drive, again a small plus point. In other words, what the hotel does not offer in terms of room comfort, is greatly compensated by the facilities and options around it. I would stay here again, no problem.

The room had a stuffy smell to it. We got used to it pretty quickly, it wasn't a complete off putter, but not very pleasant. The smell obviously belongs to the room as it wasn't possible to ventilate it out of the room. This is but a minor issue, though.

The hotel is located very far from the city center but only 5 min. walk to the "C" metro line which takes you in 10 min to the Old Town. Rooms are clean and large. It's also a very quiet area. Lots of parking spots for your car on site and is free of charge. Breakfast was very good. There's also a game room.

No refrigerator in the room during summer is a bit of a minus. The Hotel's biggest minus is the outdated rooms and bathrooms.
