Good location close to the center, a pleasant breakfast, and a comfortable room. Nothing extraordinary, but definitely good value for the price.

The location is great, you can walk to Old Town Square in 3 minutes. The hotel is quite and clean, the breakfast was great.
It was clean and centrally located.
The staff were sometimes just inattentive and sometimes downright rude. When I was trying to check in, the woman at the front desk was having an argument on her speakerphone with someone the entire time. One morning I made the mistake of trying to take a coffee cup up to my room after breakfast and the manager ended up shouting at me in the middle of the dining room. In his defense, there was a small sign saying not to take service items up to the room but I had not seen it. I was clearly in the wrong, but it could’ve been handled with a comment like, “please sir, we ask that all service items remain in the dining room” and that would’ve been the end of it. Instead, he’s shouting at me in front of all the other guests, wagging his finger in my face like I’m a child, shouting at me that it’s not allowed.
Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was very disappointing. The staff attitude and level of professionalism were extremely poor, and communication was almost nonexistent.Guests expect at least basic responsiveness and responsibility, but this hotel clearly fails in that area. The overall approach towards guests feels careless and indifferent, which creates a very negative impression.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values proper service and respectful treatment.
Central location as in it’s name! Warm and comfortable. Good breakfast and efficient staff.
It’s second time I was in this hotel. First time I didn’t like it and I write everything on review. But now it was good, maybe we were on another floor or they repaired rooms I don’t know, but now everything was good. Breakfast was very good
Reception staff need better customer service training.
Great location near the square in the old town but far enough away to be quiet and a respite from the crowds.Excellent breakfast, very helpful staff and comfortable rooms.Good shower.
The hotels location was amazing! A 5 minute walk to the old town square and a 15-minute walk to Wenceslas square, the location was the best thing about the hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again, purely for that reason.
The room was ok. It was quite small and very basic. The TV was not a smart TV and only had local channels. I know you don't go away to watch the telly, but when you've got a young child with you and have had a busy day exploring, it would have been nice to be able to get back and chill watching a film for a bit. There was no kettle in the room (should have left the Yorkshire tea at home), which again, would have been a nice touch. Wouldn't have been able to store the milk for a cuppa anyway as the fridge didn't work. The bed was comfortable enough, but they might aswell not have bothered putting the pillows on. All of that aside, still a hotel worth booking based on its fantastic location and low cost.
I liked that the hotel was in a strategic location. Everything was close by.
The hotel looked very old and our beds were very uncomfortable. Not to mention the cushions.

No bar. No hot water. Breakfast poor. Staff miserable
Overpriced, outdated and misleading — the photos lie, the rooms haven’t been renovated in decades, and the only real value here is the housekeeping staff.
Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else – the room photos here are as genuine as a postcard from paradise. The hotel charges modern-day prices but hasn’t seen a trace of renovation in at least two decades. It feels as though the owner’s sole ambition is profit without even the most modest reinvestment. The result? A standard utterly unworthy of the price being asked. There’s no kettle in the room – just two glasses oddly placed in the bathroom. Should you dare to borrow a cup from the breakfast area, you’ll be charged €10 for the privilege. Speaking of breakfast, it’s a dreary relic from 20 years ago: meager, uninspired, and served on bread so stale it’s inedible unless toasted. And the toaster? Covered with no fewer than four notices sternly reminding guests to use only the toast bread provided. Sadly, those warning notes appeared fresher than the bread itself.Bed sheets came with finger-sized holes, blankets were equally tired and threadbare, and the shower gel was essentially water pretending to be soap. The lift didn’t even display a current inspection sticker – one can only hope it’s safe by sheer goodwill. As for the advertised three stars, they must have been self-awarded. At best, this is a two-star establishment, and that only thanks to the housekeeping staff, who clearly work diligently to maintain some semblance of cleanliness. They are, without question, the only redeeming feature of this so-called “hotel.”In short: one of the most overpriced hotels I’ve ever encountered. Even the location fails to justify the outrageous rates. Recommended only for travelers with an unusual passion for disappointment.
Great location, comfortable bed.
Cleanliness of the room could be better.
The best it was the location. The Bathroom was like new. And the breakfast was decent. We could leave our luggage there after check out.
The room was a bit small for 3 adults.
breakfast ok, location very good
no air conditioning in summer
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect – the location is excellent and very convenient, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. I would be happy to stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to others.
