Hotel Harmony

Perfect location ( 2 blocks from Florence station bus ) . Staff were incredible, they keep your luggage if you arrive before check in or you check out before you flight out ( it’s completely free , I appreciate it )

The furniture looks a bit old , except the bathroom that was renewed. The breakfast was so poor , it’s a 4 star hotel , only I found soy milk , 3 fruits and 1 toast with jam ( when you’re a veggie it’s a problem ) . The place for breakfast was so little for the number of rooms

The location was perfect, the staff were friendly, and the room was cleaned every day. The price was very reasonable.

When I made the reservation, I specifically requested one double bed, and this was confirmed. However, when I arrived, there were two single beds pushed together instead. The beds were very uncomfortable. Additionally, the bathroom door would not close properly. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Location, used for one night, close to Metro, Close to Nam. Rep, close to rail station. Clean, spacious, all u need for one nigth on business trip

I have stayed at this hotel countless times. I visit Prague 2-3 times a year for 5+years. I have tried many hotels and decided to always stay at Harmony. The quality is always the same and stable, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and flexible. The location is super comfortable , city center + public transport availability is top notch. Yes, it’s not super modern and fancy, but well-kept with love and attention. Perfect price/quality ratio for me

Could be a bit noisy from the street, but it’s the city, there’s nothing you can do. With windows closed it’s quiet

Clean, accurate

May be for the price I payed I am expecting to much but:The Room: The mattress on the bed was uneven and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the window blind fell off on the very first night.The Noise: Right outside the window, there are air conditioning units (and other unidentified machinery) that run constantly. The noise is loud and doesn't stop, day and night.The Bathroom: The layout is very poorly designed. There is a massive sink that takes up more than half of the narrow walkway to the shower, making the bathroom feel cramped and awkward to move around in.

It's not fault of the hotel or staff, but the guests didn't know how to use doors handles and were slumming the doors early in the morning

The location was perfect for us because it is very close to the main train station and all the restaurants. It is very close to most of the tourist attractions. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lso good.

I love almost everything in the place and would definitely be back there but the only issue was the water leak from the faucet that always gets our bathroom floor which is not a big deal, really considering the overall experience we had.

The interior colors and pleasant light created a cozy atmosphere. The room was clean. The breakfasts were wonderful! Good service. The beds were very comfortable. Location 10/10.

The water is difficult to regulate, the shower cubicle is too small. One of the employees at the reception did not speak English.

The location is perfect you can easily walk to the most popular attractions of the town. Also public transportation is just outside the door! The room was very clean! There was a big breakfast bouffe with many options that we enjoyed a lot. The hotel staff was friendly and eager to accommodate any time!

Nothing, we had a perfect stay.

The breakfast was varied and rich. Everything was fresh and delicious.The hotel is located close to the center of the old city (10 minutes walk).There are delicious restaurants near the hotel like Papaiolo or Palanda.There is convenient public transportation to the airport near the hotel - although there is no direct line and you have to change to another line on the way.

Although the hotel is in a quiet area, there is some traffic noise from the street, which could be a problem in the summer if you open the window because there is no air conditioning in the rooms.

The hotel is 15 minutes from the Old Town. It was clean and warm. The breakfast was very good.

The facilities are a bit worn and in need of renovation. More attention could be paid to cleaning — there were quite a few cobwebs in the room.

The hotel is well situated, walking distance to main attractions. The staffs were helpful and the bedroom was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great!

Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Prague.

Highly unacceptable situation of language discrimination happened to us on a beautiful morning of the Christmas Eve. At the breakfast from the very beginning we were met by Tatiana, the rude and aggressive woman working at the restaurant where the breakfast is held. At this point I would say the experience was already not pleasant, but the following was worse. We stayed at breakfast 10 minutes after the official “closure” without picking up the food, just finishing our plates - a regular practice in any hotel. At that point she starts speaking loudly in Czech with her colleagues very probably discussing us, but then she SWITCHES TO RUSSIAN to make sure that we understand her and loudly says: “ THATS WHY WE HATE RUSSIAN SPEAKING PEOPLE, THEY ARE SO IMPOLITE AND RUDE”. I find it highly unacceptable to be keeping this kind of person working in HOSPITALITY industry, that is supposed to be not hostile, but open and friendly to foreigners who come to visit the country. It’s such a shame to have stuff that bold and hateful.

Great location and price

My sheets had some stains on them. They were clean but that USA bad image

The place is perfect, not far from places where interesting things are happening, the public transport station is right outside the door, the nearest metro station just around the corner, so to say, a lot of places to eat nearby, therefore, the location is really good. There is enough time for breakfast and the staff is active and on going with cleaning the place and taking the empty dishes from you, when not needed anymore. The room is good and fully sufficient, as I was traveling alone, for one person.
