Uninterested staff. Very plain for 4 star rating.

Staff, location, value for money

Maybe improve the shower temperature control, it turns too hot and too cold on its own despite trying to adjust the shower knob to desired temperature.

Location, staff very friendly, rooms clean and very comfortable.

The location and the price

Bedding was umcomfortable, no view, two single beds instead of a double bed.

The hotel was lovely. I liked how the room was very spacious. It was nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great, we could walk easily to the city centre or travel by tram. The receptionists were very kind and gave really good recommendations on where to eat.

The shower in the bathroom hasn’t been very functional; it’s quite far from the controls where the water is turned on and off

I loved the customer service and the breakfast. The staff treated us with impeccable care and the location was amazing.

Even with heat the room was cold and with the thin single duvet and 1 flat pillow each I did struggle to sleep a bit. I also requested a double bed and was only able to get two singles.

Great location, friendly stuff and clean room.

I visited the hotel during the winter and I recommend a servicing the windows. Cold air was flowing around the edges.

This Hotel needs to change their stars, they have a maximum of 3 stars with indulgence. The bed, pillow and the sheets were horror, IT WAS VERY COLD IN THE ROOM. The breakfast was the same all the days, some of patiserie was old, they had a very bad taste. Once again, IT WAS VERY COLD IN THE ROOM AND THE HEATING DIDN’T WORK. The furniture is old and moldy. The stuff is ok. Never again at this hotel!!

Everything from the ladies and gentlemen on reception. The rooms were spotless and good size. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great a little walk down into the city or quick uber

Nothing we didn't like

The Hotel was in a really nice position to get to the centre. The price was good. It is round 20 mintutes by food or with the public transport 15 minutes to the centre of Prague.

The room was a little bit cold for winter. Outside it was below 0 degrees and in the hotel room the temprature was 19 degrees and it took us about 36 hours to get the temprature up to 22 degrees.

Very good breakfast. The staff were very friendly, especially Ben at the makes you feel welcome.

The room was big enough. The bed was ok. The bathroom also.

Room heating in my first room. It was no way to stop it. Therefore, it was too warm. And… it was very difficult to convince them to change my room. They tried to convince me that everything it’s ok…. The second room was ok. The breakfast is quantitively good enough, but no quality. Far away from public transportation.
