Pros +
- Great location, just outside the tourist areas which are full of tourist traps. It is located perfectly so that you can take a tram to anywhere.
- Good accommodation, fast check-in, no problems with having two keys for the room.
- The location is great. The hotel room was clean.
Cons -
- We were not aware of a ¿city tax¿ that we had to pay on our arrival. It is 50czk per person per day, and I believe it would be much more honest and fair fo let the guest know about this before they purchase a room. I felt a little scammed tbh
- The breakfast tastes like it's made from food taken away from stray dogs. The cook must have studied for a long time to learn making everything taste like a piece of foam rubber. This is the worst breakfast I've had since spending several days in prison.Additionally, the mattresses are way too soft, they've likely seen the times of the First Czechoslovakian Republic.
- The breakfast was not good and in a small room that was often crowded. The beds were not comfortable.

The location is great. The hotel room was clean.
The breakfast was not good and in a small room that was often crowded. The beds were not comfortable.
The hotel was about 1–2 km from the city center, which was quite convenient. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the staff were attentive and quick to clean the tables. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.
The room was neat and comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good with everything you might need to start the day. It was an old-style hotel, but that’s quite common for many hotels in Prague.
Good location, good breakfast. Room smelled weird and is a bit on the pricey side for what you get, but overall ok.
Drunk Russian neighbours, not cosy room. Broken shower handle.
* Very nice and clean hotel* Everywhere close to 15 minutes walk to the city center next to trams, hop in, hop out buses* Good breakfasts, something new every day, very clean, the ladies clean systematically* Very nice service, possibility of accommodation without waiting until 14:00h
Central and the rooms are very clean
There is a sign outside our window that squeaked all night every night - it’s the sign for the hotel. The breakfast could have been a little better but overall it was okay.
Perfect functional hotel for a couple. The location is quite convenient too with the metro station just 5 mins walk away. Breakfast is quite decent as well
The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel was located within walking distance of the metro station.
The choice of food for breakfast was very limited. There were some unexpected extra costs such as a charge for use of air conditioning whilst i would have paid for it anyway, i would prefer it was mentioned up front.
The place for very nice and comfortable; pool and sauna are small, but really nice, we enjoed them very much.Location is not in the centre, but near metro station and you can get there in 10-15 minutes to walk and get some foodThe bed in the room was very soft and nice for sleepAlso personel let us to work remotly several hours from some place like lobby after we made a check-in, what was very nice for us as for remote workersAnd yes, it is the residence for mainly retired people, but we haven't any problems from that point of view
Breakfast was very simple, only croissants and pain chocolate with some jams, bread and yougurts; all was very tasty, but really not enough. There were a small kitchen in our room and we had some food, but if we understand, how small will be the breakfast, we would buy some eggs or porrige to cook it in our roomAir conditioner in room didn't work properlyYou can make a check-in only before 19:30, and it can be really not comfortable, but we ask for check-in before lunch and they gave us that opportunity
It was clean, good location, good wi fi.
Too small room.
The location is near to the airport. A short walk and you're there at the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely great. An assortment of breakfast options from cakes and toast to eggs and potatoes and coffee/juice.
Even though it was advertised it had a great view, it wasnt great. The Wifi sucks and whenever it was there was erratic. I think the host were well aware of this and after I complained twice or thrice - they made it work somehow. But even then, it was a gamble - it was not there 24/7.
This hotel was perfect in regard of locations. Most of the attractions are even in walking distance. The rooms are huge, well equipped and clean. You can even enjoy a beer spa there for extra cost. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The location of the hotel, was quite close to the city center and after checking out I had the possibility to leave my luggage in the locking room at the hotel.
There were no slippers and the shower was quite small, it wasn't comfortable.
The price was great though we booked just a day before. The buffet had a lot of food, the only it would be great to put the writings what is what. The workers were very helpful. Great that there is a lift
Quite thin walls, easily can hear what happens in other rooms. And hotel is a bit far from the bus station, a big minus when you have heavy luggage.
For the money, it's a great place with decent budget lodging and breakfast. If you're not too much interested to spend money in an accommodation and want to explore Prague, this is a great stay. Also 3-5 walk to the Metro station
Location is good.
Receptionist that checked us in evening of 14Dec was super rude and unprofessional. Which made the whole stay in this hotel bad.
Good location, clean, good value for money
The room was cold and the blanket wasn't think enough for that
The staff excellent, The rooms were clean, Window in the rooms with sky view. Perfect location and price.
The Wi-Fi was not work on 5th floor in the rooms, during our stay. The beds too hard, could be a little bit soft.
