Great value for money

Clean, friendly staff. Great location.

Location, breakfast, gorgeous and clean bathroom and room overall, friendly staff

Room close to lift - loud vibration and noise, pillow was extremely uncomfortable - very basic and felt too cheap - next day issue with back/neck. A/C unit not working

Hotel was amazing, breakfast as well. Excellent value for money! My room was looking towards the inner yard and it was very calm and without noise. It was clean and had everything I needes for my stay. Location was excellent as well, with many services and shops 1 minute away, as well as Metro station.

Great staff at the reception, they’re super friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room – it was really nice, and I felt happier after a super long working day. Also, they didn’t mind that I stayed in the lobby on the 1st floor as long as I neededThere’re black out curtains, shampoo aka shower gel, coffee and tea in the room.Breakfast was good!

Noise from the street (trams, loud music at 2 am). That was the only issue

Hotel is fantastic all around. Excellent value for money with breakfast included, which was tasty and plentiful. Close to tram and train stop. Easy walk into old town and surrounding areas. There is an excellent restaurant/bar just outside the hotels front door for when you are tired after a long day of sightseeing. Would 100% recommend.

This is a hotel I would like to return to many times. Everything was great, but I was most impressed by the attitude of the staff. We arrived very early in the morning, but not only were we able to check-in immediately, but we were also offered breakfast. Even though it was not included in the price. Exceptional location, very comfortable beds and fabulous Prague, of course!

Everything was good. I chose it because of the location and my need to be in that area. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the shower was great, and the breakfast was good. Extra thanks for blackout curtains.

The street is loud throughout the day. Trams run from 6 a.m. until midnight, and you can hear them even with the windows closed. If you’re a sensitive sleeper, take this into consideration.

Breakfast was very nice. Location is a positive issue of this place.

The room temperature could have been a little warmer (I went in January) and the blanket in the single room could have been bigger.

Loved the location! The Room was quite nice, the views and the size were perfect.

For being a 3 star hotel there’s no bottled water provided, only shampoo/gel douche provided, not any other bath productos, just a vending machine.

Pricing but perhaps super high as New Year. Location bit of a hike from the station.

Good location, very helpful and friendly staff, and a good breakfast. We also appreciated the early check-in, which made our arrival much more comfortable

There was nothing I didn’t like. There was only a small issue in the room, which the staff resolved very quickly

I was under the impression we would have a room with a window not a skylight so that is why I didn’t give it a full excellent rating. Also the breakfast should start earlier than 7.30am as lots of people are on tour early

The only small thing I didn't like was the pillow, it was a little too soft for me. But that's nothing compared to all the good things about this wonderful hotel

I liked absolutely everything - location - excellent, comfortable beds, warm, cozy and clean room. The staff is very polite and kind. The breakfast was fantastic! I recommend with gratitude to the entire hotel team and we will come back again!

Good bed, good breakfast, good pillow. I receive invoice. I forgot a sampoo, I contact the hotel and I receiver IT in a few days, thank you.I like the breakfast most the vegetables, gluten free bred , vegetable milk and so many cakes.

No sound isolation, we could hear everything happening in the hallAlso our room had a door to the other guest room, and we could hear them talking and even zipping their luggage
