Good location for tram into town, Zizkov is quite a good part of town and very good value.

If I were to pick a problem, the curtains were a bit thin.

we arrived in hotel unloaded luggage from taxi and found that door was closed and we have to go to other hotel a cross the street to check in. You have to inform in advance. Also we didn't any stuff in hotel.

Location is great, several trams stop in front of the hotel.

It was really loud as our room faced the street, where trams go nonstop. The breakfast was not satisfying at all, we could not even drink the coffee it was so bad.

The room was clean and quiet; the bed was large and comfortable as well. A large, high quality breakfast is offered with rotating dishes. There’s also a good grocery store just down the street.

There’s not much to complain about here, the coffee at breakfast isn’t great but even then, it’s a very nice stay.

The room became a little too warm at times due to the heating and I could not reduce the room temperature.Not a huge problem since it was peak winter.

All top: good position, fantastic breakfast, staff so beautiful and kind.When i will come to Prafue sure i would come at this accomodation.

Great location, only two tram stops from the city center. The staff are very friendly and breakfast offers a wide variety of food to suit all tastes.

I checked in at a very late time then when I asked for few hours to extend my check out (the room was available) they told me to pay for each hour extra after the check out time. I didnot expect that to be honest. Also , no laundry facility unfortunately.

Breakfast selection was limited but adequate. Enough to start the day. Reception staff were very helpful and location was brilliant with tram stops outside. Room was warm and bed was clean and comfortable.

All was good.

I like how close it was to the main center including a few of the Christmas markets and the attractions Transport was all day and night

We had a kettle but no tea bags/milk/coffee like most hotels. No English tv channels or Netflix for any raining days and although we had a fridge you couldn't really use it as the electric was put on by the same key you need to open your door with. I was originally checked in from the 2nd to the 5th which was Tuesday to Friday but due to my flight being cancelled and another not being available until the 6th I had to pay double the original price which makes no sense to me because I wasnt getting any extras it was just the same room for a few extra hours as we checked out around 12.30am due to our early hour flight

It’s very handy for the city with a tram stop outside and only two stops from the main station. The room was tiny but clean and OK if you are out sightseeing most of the time. It was pretty quiet - just a little tram noise

Breakfast was a bit dull and the horrible music in the breakfast room was very loud! There was no soap in the shower. Cleaners were quite noisy at 8am on Sunday morning.

The guy in the reception helps me every question i have.the room was very nice

The door of the room is like the door of the elevator.only few centimeters from the elevator.very noisy outside when people left their rooms.that is the only disadvantage but big enough.also the water from the shower not enough strong stream

The room was big and very well equipped. Breakfast was generous and the staff wer profesionnal and polite. The location is great, rather calm, still close to the center.

For some reason, there was music in the hallway speakers, even after 10pm

This hotel is quite well located, near Zhizhkov TV tower.

The room was tiny. The breakfast was in the another hotel across the road, and the restaurant was small.

Stayed here for the second time. Pleasant hotel, great location so you can jump on the tram in front of the hotel and you can get anywhere. Also walks around are nice too. The staff was again very lovely and breakfast included (buffet) always gets me started the day pleasantly. Definitely my choice when I stay next time I'm in Prague.

The only negative thing this time was a fridge in the room making loud sounds when I tried to sleep.
