Pros +
- Good hotel with exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Almost everyone at the reception desk and in the restaurant speaks four languages- Czech, English, Russian, and Ukrainian, which made communication easy and pleasant. Breakfast was good, with a rich and varied selection of food. A special thank you goes to the breakfast team supervisor, Yulia, for the extra care and attention she gave to our family, so as to other guests. Thanks to the staff’s warmth and hospitality, our stay was truly enjoyable.
- The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing, something for everyone, the food was fresh.
- Breakfast!!! Wow what a breakfast!!! Something for everyone! Gluten free options, fruits, tea, coffee, meats, cheese, breads (5-6 kinds)etc! Love it. Clean , great customers service!! Will come back! Great location…grab a streetcar into center of Prague!!
Cons -
- First, the room was completely misleading compared to the pictures shown online. It was extremely small, to the point where there was barely space to move. The room was essentially just a bed and a bathroom, with no usable walking space at all. Calling this a “family room” is frankly dishonest. It is absolutely not suitable for families, especially those traveling with a stroller. The bathroom and toilet being separated might be acceptable in some cases, but here it was a serious problem because neither space had proper heating. Both the bathroom and toilet were cold, clearly not designed for Prague’s winter temperatures. The room itself was not warm either. The heater was ineffective, there was no air conditioning, and the thermostat did not work, meaning we could not control the room temperature at all. We were forced to request additional bed sheets just to stay warm during the night, which is unacceptable in a hotel.Several basic amenities also did not function. The mini fridge did not work at all. Again, for the price charged, this should not even be an issue worth mentioning, yet here we are.Cleanliness was another major problem. Because the hotel accepts dogs, our room smelled strongly of dogs. This clearly shows inadequate cleaning standards. A hotel that allows pets must clean properly. In this case, it very obviously did not.Breakfast was another major disappointment. The selection was extremely mediocre, with no proper hot meal options. On top of that, the breakfast area was far too small for the number of guests. Lines extended all the way to reception, and we had to wait up to 45 minutes just to get breakfast. This is completely unreasonable and shows that the hotel is not equipped to handle its own guest capacity. The infrastructure of the hotel made things even worse. There was only one elevator, which was also used as a service elevator and only went up to the second floor. Because we had a stroller, we had no choice but to rely on it.
- Wrongly advertised as a 4 star hotel
- All was fine.

I had a very pleasant stay at UNO Hotel Prague. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and well organized, with a good variety to start the day comfortably. The cleaning system is excellent — rooms and common areas were always clean and well maintained. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great hotel with good service and a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it.
Absolutely messed up

Lots of compensation for the modest rooms and building
Wrongly advertised as a 4 star hotel
The staff is super helpful and polite. The prices are good and the location is close to the main metro station. They offer parking, bar and shop.
All was fine.
We had a very pleasant stay at UNI Hotel. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. A special thanks to Vasyl for his outstanding support and friendly attitude — his assistance really made a difference during our stay. The room was clean, well-prepared, and suitable for our family, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and enjoyable. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of.
The staff were very welcoming and polite, even though they were under constant workload pressure.
The hotel was very old; the walls were cracked in almost every corner, the furniture was extremely outdated, and the bathroom had no ventilation. The breakfast restaurant area does not meet the needs of even 50% of the hotel guests, as waiting times range from 30 to 60 minutes just to enter for breakfast. I strongly recommend a complete interior renovation of the hotel.
Comfy beds
Very busy at breakfast and limited parking.
Staff
- It was too crowded, queues for the breakfast, parking are too hard, has to wait someone to open the gate manually and find you a spot.- The family room was too small, only fits the beds, seems like a Twin room and added 2 more beds, was too uncomfortable.
Go somewhere else !
Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Although parking was advertised as included in the price, we were told upon arrival that a parking reservation was required and that it was already sold out. As a result, we had to park nearly a mile away and walk to the hotel. There were no nearby paid parking alternatives, which made the situation even worse. The staff claimed an email was sent later requesting a reservation, but this was neither clear nor acceptable given that parking was listed as included.Additionally, we specifically booked a queen bed room, but were instead given two twin beds pushed together and presented as a queen. This is misleading and unacceptable.Breakfast was okay, but it does not justify the price we paid for the stay.Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and we left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Amazing staff,clean,good location!
The people that I interacted with were amazing. There is a grocery shop directly in the hotel.
Unfortunately part of the hotel was under reconstruction so there was noise during the breakfast but on the other hand when its done there will be a nice terrace there.
We booked Hotel UNO last minute after our previous accommodation didn’t work out, and from the moment of booking to check-out, our experience was truly wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The reception team was not only considerate but incredibly helpful. The lady at the front desk kindly helped us take our baggage to our room when she noticed how exhausted we were after a long day. That small act of kindness meant a lot. They also provided vouchers for the store on-site, which was a great bonus and made it easy for us to grab water and snacks whenever we needed. Our stay included breakfast, which was delicious and satisfying. We enjoyed fresh orange juice, croissants, eggs, and more — a perfect start to our mornings. What we appreciated most was the staff’s understanding of how tired we were. They allowed us a late checkout, and it truly meant the world to us after the long day we had before.I would absolutely recommend Hotel UNO for its cleanliness, hospitality, and genuine care for guests. We are grateful for such a positive and thoughtful experience.
Need black out curtains in rooms
The bed was comfy.
The bathroom was so small that it was quite a challenge to take a shower. In the breakfast buffet, they had very few fruit options, and the apples were rotten.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location as it was close to my workplace.
Parking is not good. Check-in was not smooth. Not friendly staff, in fact at checkout morning staff were very co-operative.I didn't get the room I booked. It wasn't a good room.
Clean, Cozy, Simple
Parking is a disaster. I mean Hotel got a 2 parking lot but to enter or out, you need to get our from your car, go all the way to reception and tell them you want to enter or out. Logistic nightmare.
The Hotel was very clean, fair rates and well connected to public transportation. With an Uber, you’re in Prag city in around 15 minutes and 200CZK.You’ll get a Welcome drink (Mulled wine ), a free car wash, the Prague pass and a discount in the market. The staff is very friendly, always on site and speaks English.
Breakfast ist always crowded and quite small. Good coffee and juices but no Breadrolls and small variations of cold cuts and cheese. The Scrambled eggs are very good. The parking is a nightmare; even if reservations the parking space is extremely small for that amount of guests and the spaces are super tight even for a basic car like my Ford Focus. In our room in the 15th floor, the elevator room was extremely loud - there’s always someone using it and you can hear the engine room working. No problem for me but my Girlfriend had issues sleeping in with that noises
