Hotel Ehrlich Prague

Great breakfast buffet. Very kind and helpful staff. Alexandra helped me a lot at my departure. Very welcomed. Great price/value ratio. Very good and frequent bul connections.

The refrigerator was set too high. It froze some of my food - any really no way to adjust it. That was my only very minor complaint.

Shower temperature could randomly jump to much colder or much hotter.Breakfast was great, but selection could be a little broader, but it's appropriate for the price.Immediate surroundings are a bit depressing.Room has good heat insulation, but heating would've been preferred as the weather was quite cold.

Breakfast was varied and delicious. The double bed was very large and comfortable. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is fully carpeted, except for the bathroom. We are both allergic to dust mites, and we suffered symptoms. Since the sheets and towels were freshly cleaned, we suspect it was the carpet, but that is something the staff cannot change.

After taking an overnight bus from Frankfurt to Prague, we arrived at the hotel around 07:00, which was well before the official check-in time of 15:00. We initially asked the receptionist if we could leave our bags so we could explore the city, and she kindly agreed. While we were sitting in the reception area sorting out our public transport passes, she informed us that our room was already available and that she could check us in early. This was a huge relief after a long journey and meant we were able to shower and freshen up before heading out for the day. The early check-in was definitely a big win and made a great first impression.

The bathroom setup was a little awkward for us. The bathtub plug did not work properly, so we weren’t able to enjoy a bath. There was only a handheld shower, and without a place to mount it higher up, it was difficult to take a comfortable standing shower.

Reception was very helpful. Room was clean with good facilities.

Breakfast could have more and better variation. In the bathroom, shower's head could not hang on the wall. Because there was no holder on the wall. So you should hold the shower's head by hand when you want to wash yourself in standing Position.

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast had various choices with good quality products. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel with 20 minutes ride to the city center. Alexandra at the reception is lovely and always happy to help. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay and would come back to it if I have any trip to Prague!

The room is extremely clean and well prepared.The location is right on the bus stop and 10mins away from old town using public transportation. Cafeteria in the hotel is there and groceries stores just around. The staff are pro and extremely kind. top notch customer services.

The quality of the rooms and the amenities offered are far from what a 4 star hotel should offer. Falling apart furniture, broken laps, degated bathroom. No cleaning came in the room for 3 day.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Ehrlich Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring Prague.A special thanks to Stepan, the friendly and kind receptionist who was always ready to help with a smile. We also truly appreciated the manager, Anelya, and front desk attendant Sasha, who were both very professional and thoughtful — and even offered us a discount for a night, which was such a kind gesture!All of them made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Prague. Highly recommended!

Location. It's away from the touristy area. It was quiet and I had a good sleep every night.

No air condition but they provided me with a fan.

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel with direct connections to the Old Town, which was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this hotel

Bad service the check out must be at 10:00 in the morning and if be late even 10 min they will charge extra

The location and the price .. and the super receptionist staff

The room was very warm .. AC not working .. the window curtains did not cover the whole window so you have to wake up with first sun light ..

The receptionists were very polite, friendly and helpful.

There was a huge crack on the door and everything could be heard from the halls. There was a big group of russian kids who banged on the doors very early in the morning and late at night so sleeping was awful. The air conditioning does nothing except bring the smell of cooking in the morning. The window had to stay open in order to bring fresh air inside, but the street is too busy and loud. Shower head was only used by hand. The water went from cold to very hot by itself. Breakfast is basic. Only the location is good and staff are friendly. Everything else is a disaster.

Nice hotel, a little away from downtown but absolutely in close range - 5-10 minutes by tram. Nice rooms, comfortable beds.

I've seen better breakfast but it was absolutely OK for the price. Selection is still rich, even glutenfree bakery was served.
