This small, family-run hotel provided excellent service, especially in dealing with the Lufthansa strike, which threatened our plans for getting home.

The staff at the reception was polite, and check-in/check-out was straightforward. The room was clean upon arrival.

Unfortunately, there were many issues that seriously affected our stay.The shower cabin was very small, and the shower head could not be used properly without holding it by hand. The soap dispenser was broken — the top popped off several times during use.The air conditioning was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable. Additionally, we could not sleep due to excessive noise coming from outside during the night.The fitted bed sheets were very old and had several holes, which was unacceptable.The WiFi connection was extremely poor and practically unusable throughout our stay.Finally, the location is not very convenient for tourists, as it requires constant use of public transport to reach main attractions.

Nice hotel and good location. Comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Parking is convenient. The room at night is quiet and dark. Thank you!

Very spacious room, super clean and comfy. Great variety of foods in the morning

I think on popular periods like weekends the food is not enough for that many people. There were several occasions when we had to wait 10+ minutes for eggs or bacon to arrive and they vanished instantly because obviously everybody wanted to eat that.

Lovely old building, great breakfast with helpful staff and overall clean and tidy. Also in a great location just outside the old city with super convenient tram access that takes about 9 mins to the old city.

Room was a bit claustrophobic and uncomfortable with a strange slant in the ceiling that goes very low over the side of the bed, in fact so low that this side of the bed cannot be used by a taller person.Sounds from the hallway were a bit noisy at times.

Comfortable beds, air con was a saviour during heat wave, very clean and professional staff.

Good looking and well looked after hotel. Surprisingly comfortable beds and wide variety of food for breakfast.Parking space in a secured garage around the corner is available for extra cost.Located in 20 min walk from Charles Bridge.

Best free breakfast we have ever experienced and we travel quite a bit. This location is VERY quite compared to a location in the old town yet the old town is easily assessable via public transportation or walking which we used.

Nothing we really did not like or was a show stopper however the shower was a bit small and the shower head was not usable as a shower without holding it.

The hotel is very vell maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. A large variety of items was offered for breakfast.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. We were checked in about 3 hours earlier than the beginning of check-in time.

With only a 15 minute walk to the Charles Bridge we only took public transport once. The tram stop was two streets down so very convenient if we had needed it more.

The breakfast was very basic and the we would have liked the scrambled eggs less runny.

I feel normal in the room there is a small refrigerator wardrobe bathroom toilet sink. There is air conditioning and the room is hot but there is no control, I went down to ask the reception but they did not allow it

everything was fine except the old receptionist didn't seem to like us, i felt he wasn't happy since we-foreigners arrived. we only stayed one night so there weren't many requests, my sister just went down to the reception and asked to borrow the air conditioner remote and asked to use the microwave for a bit. but the receptionist wasn't happy about it. however i felt respected by the receptionist the next day when we checked out he asked me if i had any problems during the room rental process and i said no because there were quite a few customers at that time. but everything was fine

Parking situation was a bit tough

The hotel locates in a silent area but within walking distance from the Charles bridge. Public transport is close as well! We could book a parking place for the car in a near garage on a good price.

This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The staff at reception were very helpful. The included breakfast buffet had a good selection and was of a good standard. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet street in a pleasant neighbourhood. The tram stop for trams into Central Prague is a 5-minute walk away. There are a number of restaurants and convenience stores within a 15-minute walking distance, while Charles Bridge and The Dancing House are easily reachable if one doesn't mind a longer walk.
