Limited reception hours, basic equipment (e.g. no shampoo was available)

Amazing value for money. Easy to check in. Good food nearby. The room was very comfortable

It was just a little bit outside of the main centre of town, but I really can’t complain for the price!

I would like reception working hours to be expanded.

Good room, bigger that i was expecting. Everything was clean which i think is the bare minimum but you would be surprised in other accommodations. Very good location, you can practically walk to the centre. Very close to metro and tram station.

Very close to metro station, good communication with railway station and the rest of the city. Climatic room in old style, apart from a bathroom which is new and clean. Friendly staff.

Perfect location in the city center, yet very quite and great for the rest after the whole day out. Everything you may need is super close. Amazing hospitality of the hosts. Huge thanks to Klara and Milo.

The room was small but it was cosy and it had everything for a comfortable stay. I was solo and maybe that’s why it was smaller.

Old facilities, shower was extremely slick, old furniture, bad lighting, air conditioner stopped working and nobody came to fix it.

Perfect location. Tram/bus/metro stations around. Clean, comfortable room. Big bathroom, all worked properly. Check in was allowed at 12:00 instead of 14:00. Easy check out outside of working hours. Not pricey.

The location was perfect. It was close to the train station (10-12 min walk), close to a subway, trams, also very close to an awesome caffe that also had delicious breakfast and a Harry Potter pub = perfection. It was clean and warm in the room, the bed was ok, the water hot.

the bathroom fan was making a noise after the first 5 seconds that I thought was a helicopter taking off :) and the bathroom door was creaking, which caused my friend to wake up at night when she was sleeping and i went to the bathroom, because of the noise it made. Not some things that you can't live with it, but it should be repaired

Great location in the new town, a short walk from the national museum and close to some good local restaurants but away from the busy old town.Good size room, comfy bed and decent bathroom. Easy after hours check in. Really nice to have a kettle and teabags in the room.

The shower ran hot and cold. The corridor outside was noisy to walk on so when people came back to their rooms late at night it was a bit annoying.

Room was clean and overall the location was near to the city center.

The reception was not available after 16:00

Great location, value for money

Room was small but you expected that considering the price

We liked skylight windows, as well bed was comfortable (but too soft), and room was decent, good quality for price.

Street was heard and birds on the roof were a little bit loud. As well through the skylight windows cold was flowing in.

Great position in front of the metro pavlova and five minutes walking to venceslao square. Wi-fi ok. Check-in very easy. Room new and very clean. The guy at the reception was very professional. Prague is a wonderful city. Thanks a lot.
