Hotel "Palác U Kočků" by Adrez, Palace At the Cats

Location is the best. Hotel is in the midst of all things about Prague and location is bustling with tourists, businesses, restaurants and everything else.

- There is no Microwave in the room - Shower area is small for anyone.

The housekeeping room was next to mine. Every morning the ladies that were cleaning the rooms kept on talking and talking for hour (8 and 9 o clock in the morning). They did not even bother to keep their voices down... Really annoying

The location was super central!

The pictures shown on the site are only the expensive rooms. The cheaper ones look nothing like those ones and honestly felt a little deceived. The pillows and beds also weren¿t the most comfortable to sleep on.

The location of the hotel was incredible. Right in the center of Prague, 2 minutes away from the astronomical clock. Really good value for money. The buffet breakfast option was a plus, together with the discount at the Fat Cat restaurant. The rooms were beautifully decorated and quite roomy. Overall a great stay

You can hear a little noise from the streets below until midnight, but it didn’t affect me in any way.

The 2 bedroom appartment is HUGE!Very good price for the location VERY near the centre of the city.Great restaurant and bar in the building.

No locks on the bedroom, bathroom or toilet doors.Some people like privacy!The shower holder was floppy - would only take a screwdriver and 10 seconds to fix!

The reception team were friendly and approachable. The room we were given was nothing like the pictures on booking.com and they upgraded us for free.

The beds are so hard, it’s like sleeping on the floor.

NOISY NO SLEEP EXHAUSTING

The noise at night was unbearable and we didn't sleep for two nights as there was a rave house going on across the street with a constant boom boom boom all night until 8am in the morning. It was impossible to sleep. I got dressed at 5am in the morning and went down to reception to complain. They said they didn't know where it was coming from but that turned out to be a lie when i spoke to the manager the next morning (as we got up as we couldn't sleep). I said we would call the police as under Czech law if there is too much Noise after 10pm the police can be involved - if it continued the next night after which she moved our rooms as far away as possible. But the noise and vibrations we could still hear and even on the last night I only got 3 or 4 hours sleep through exhaustion. It completely ruined our stay despite our efforts to enjoy ourselves. If you are a vampire by all means stay here if not avoid it if you want to relax or actually get some sleep. I would add she offered us a refund of part of our stay and paid for a taxi but to be honest I would rather have had the sleep and no hassle.

The location was great, hotel was clean and the stuff was very good.

We were staying on the 7th (top) floor, and in some areas the ceiling was so low that it was hard not to hit your head. The same issue was in the shower—it was nearly impossible to shower while standing

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean rooms. I will recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Prague.

Location was ideal, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Noise was an issue every night of our stay. It was very difficult to sleep. On our final night there was an explosion like noise at 3am outside the hotel door which was directly below our room. Staff reported that someone had let off a firework at the door. There was no security on-site. The beds were very small and not overly comfortable for the price paid. The room was often cold although it was a large space to heat. The water in the shower was also cold one of the mornings.

Great staff and attentive.We stayed at 3 different rooms and all of them were great.The restaurant of the hotel is very good and have a great breakfast.

The family room have different types. But the staff was very helpful.
