U Stare Pani - At the Old Lady Hotel

Was In Europe for three weeks and stad in 6 different hotels and this was my favorite!

Location, breakfast & luggage storage

The property is bang in the middle of the old town and was a great to reach the bars. It was near some great brunch and food places and a 3 min walk from the main square so it was perfect. It also has a jazz club which was free to us. Amazing staff who were there 24/7 and gave us free drinks on new years!

Toilet is in a different room to the sink but I think this is the design in many Czech hotels

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is nice, a little bit old style but a very good position close to everything you need to see. Had room on the front so it was a bit noisy from the street but could handle it. A lot of restaurants around. Beds comfortable. I would change the pillows but it's ok. Really nice people in the hotel, good breakfast

Nothing really what I can or the hotel worry about. Only really few bits about painting, posters on walls had corners out but really nothing major. I would recommend putting USB sockets into rooms. We were happy to stay there.

Location very close to the Centre, quite place, clean, well organized

Loved the location and walked easily to the center of Old Town Prague and all the places that I planned to visit. Breakfast offerings were excellent and food was good. Wendy, the manager was very pleasant and helpful with my questions about getting to places in Prague. Room was very clean and comfortable. The location as in a very safe and quiet area which I liked as I was traveling alone. Would stay there again when I travel to Prague and would recommend it to other travelers.

Everything was good.The Wi-Fi was a bit weak. A small shelf in the shower cabin would be useful, but these are minor details.For those to whom it matters: there are about 10 steps from the entrance to the elevator (this information is mentioned in the description).

Lovely staff really good rooms and breakfast

The hotel was really nice. The room was spotless clean and very spacious. When you enter the room, it smells really fresh, like it has just been cleaned. The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was satisfactory. And the location was amazing, just a few minutes away from the old town. Overall, we really liked our stay here. Would definitely recommend. Thank you U Stare Pani :)

The WiFi was not great.

Excellent location right in the very center of the Old town, few hundred meters from the public metro from the airport. Stayed 4 nights. Complained about some strange noise coming from the inner yard in the early hours of the morning the manager went above and beyond to change my room, the next 3 nights were totally quiet. Breakfast is plentiful with some warm food suggestions, great coffee machine. Overall completely satisfied.

Only issue is that the toilet room didn't have a ventilation shaft.

We particularly enjoyed the jazz and cocktail bar. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful.

The pillows and shower could have been more comfortable but they were generally fine.

Breakfast was solid. Room big and comfortable. Had complete control of the temperature. Bathroom had separate shower room for toilet. Also got to go to the jazz club for free.

We thought being in Old Town was going to be a great location. But it was so loud outside until 2am. Would rather have been a ten minute walk from old town vs right in it. Also had to lug furniture up some steps before getting to elevator.

Spotless, I must say, and the room really smelled good and nice too. I noticed how cleaners were always on the go to clean. Everyone greeted me and had such a good vibe. I love how the staff treats guests. They are very accommodating. Personally, they asked if I needed anything extra at check-in, and after checking out, I asked if I could store my luggage for a while and enjoy a little tour because I had an evening flight. also the Uber I booked would pick me up in their location. They offered good breakfast btw. Keep it up. Will book here again for sure.

The only thing lacking was a bidet/toilet spray. It would have been perfect if they had one. I hope they install one soon.
