The room was spacious. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which is very convenient. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff there were on the ball, clearing tables as soon as diners got up to leave. The abundance and choice of food were fantastic. I tell all my friends about this hotel, and totally recommend it to visitors of Prague.

The luggage room was tight and not very clean, but we appreciated the facility.Certain reception employees were constantly smoking outside and let visitors wait for attention.

Great location, very happy with the size of the room and with how the room looked like. Perfect for a city break! bonus points for having that old beer&foodplace so close.

We booked a double room and there was only one fan , we requested for a fan and they didn't even respond or come.

NOTHING, food was ok but they don't make omelets.

First the staff were rude to me when communicating. When I ask for one thing, they respond with several answers, so when I want to confirm their answers, they reply back: "for the second time I tell you...". Yes, it's very condescending. And when I wanted to leave my bag for a couple of hours when I checked out, they (both of them at the reception) gave me a key, telling me to go to the 2nd floor! I mean, they're in the hospitality business; it's their job to handle this, no! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone—it's more of a hostel and overpriced.

The breakfast was very good, lots of options. Our loft room had lots of light and was air-conditioned, but it did have a sloped roof. We didn't mind and it made the room unique. The decor and furniture was modern and looked good.

The room was very dirty – it felt uncomfortable to walk barefoot.2.Upon check-in, we found four pieces of broken glass on the floor, and I cut my foot.3.Extremely uncomfortable, high pillows – it was impossible to sleep on them.4.The towels were full of holes and looked worn out.5.If you arrive at breakfast around 9:30, there are no eggs left, and no fresh ones are made.6.Even in cool weather, the room was hot and stuffy.7.To use the air conditioning, you have to go to the reception.8.It’s very noisy at night due to the pub next door.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was great every morning with plenty of choice wan a great location to use as a base!

There’s no Air Conditioning

Next door to U Fleků Brewery and Restaurant, close to city center and public transport. Fair quality for the price.

Due to proximity of bars, noisy during the night, especially with open windows - no air conditioner in the room. No daily cleaning. Average breakfast.

The hotel offered us a great place to stay, with quality service, really good breakfast, and an amazing location at the heart of Prague with an easy access to all the hot spots in the city. I definitely recommend it.
