Great location, friendly staff at desk and also in restaurant. Great breakfast each morning & worth dining there at night in the restaurant. Fantastic 2 night stay,wish it could have been longer.

The view was amazing! This is the ultimate location. Directly across from the Tyn Church waking up and hearing the bells ring was so lovely!

It was pretty warm in our room but we understand they are working to fix the central ac!

The location was really good. I had a lovely view of the square. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and go for a walk around the square before all the other tourists arrived. As a single woman I felt very safe at all times. I could go out and walk around and come back for a nap before going out again. It was very easy to get to all the special events I wanted to go to. The bedroom was not luxurious or modern but it was large and the bathroom was good. The in- room air conditioner worked well enough for me.There was not a huge choice at breakfast but it was a typical Eastern European breakfast which I like, good cheese and yoghurt, fruit, home-baked bread, choice of sweets and a small selection of different hot food every day. I would love to come back sometime with my partner.

I would have liked a hand towel and an extra pillow. I was a little surprised there wasn't a lounge at the hotel, or anywhere to sit and relax apart from your bedroom, but they had a restaurant which was nice.

The location couldn't be better as it's in the Town Square. We loved the view of the square and the Christmas market from our room. Excellent breakfast and the room is spacious and comfortable. Able to get up early and see the Astronomical Clock without the crowds.

The shower enclosure could be enhanced to prevent water from leaking onto the bathroom floor, thereby elevating the customer experience and reducing the need for staff to repeatedly dry the area.

everything, the location is fantastic for the Christmas market and other key sites. The room was large and spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable. despite the central location with the Christmas market the room was very quiet. Good breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options, the staff were very friendly and helpful, with excellent responses to emails we sent before our visit. We took advantage of the offer of arranging an airport transfer and the service was exceptional both ways. The hotel restaurant was also very good.

The location of Hotel Lippert is great. It is situated right on the old town square. The staff is as very friendly and welcoming. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves traditional Czech cuisine.

The elevator in the hotel is turned off from 11:00 pm until 6:00 am which made it difficult for my wife to get to our 3rd floor room.

Fantastic location, breakfast nice enough , bedrooms a little dated but beds very comfy and rooms clean , staff very helpful and friendly

Location was excellent. Easy access and departure Room was quiet. Bathroom was good.

No view and very dated. Very off shaped room.The breakfast included in tariff was horrible (like last nights leftovers) and very ordinary for the tariff we paid. Only cereal was edible for us. Also tried to charge over quote for laundry. We rejected their attempt .

Location is amazing; food is delicious, and everyone at the hotel was super friendly. The restaurant is also excellent, and it is best to make a reservation to secure a spot.
