The Hotel is perfect located in Prague.Great value for money (usually one of cheapest)Simple and good Breakfast

Good location, 20 min walk to downtown. Clean and cozy. Nice breakfast.

One of the best value for money hotels I've ever been to, clean, great location, pretty good room overall, staff at the reception were helpful as well when it was needed.
- Room was quite big- Breakfast has quite a good range of different choices- Staff was kind- To me bed was comfortable but mattress is very thin, so you are basically slipping on wood. - Location is great, literally 3 minutes Walking from metro B line.-
- Breakfast food and drinks quality is really average - Terrible pillows - No safe in the room- Tv signal was awful, tried a couple of time to watch something and then I gave up.- Bathroom was spacius and half empty, it could use some additional forniture to add space to storing stuffs - For the price I paid it was sufficient, but is not worth an higher price
Big room, nice staff, nice breakfast
There was an issue with water heaters so we didn't have warm water. Hope that doesn't happen often
Good
The walls are not sound proof we could hear the next room people talking at 3:30 am everything else was fine.
Gentle Staff. Good location, Good Breakfast
We had 2 days without hot water (and shower) in the whole hotel, in days that were like -5c degrees. The hotel staff mentioned that this was going to be fixed in the other day, but it won’t. Tried to get at least a partial refund, but the hotel refused. Can’t really recommend this hotel
The staffs at the reception were very friendly, helpful and attentive. They helped me to check out smoothly early in the morning.
The room could have been renovated a bit.
The Reception Staff (especially Radek and Krystian) were amazing! They helped us with all our requests and went an extra mile to facilitate our needs. Congratulations!
The entrance to our room (which was one of the most expensive ones) was next to a big trash container which didn't really make us feel comfortable. Also, in the morning our front door was halfway blocked by said container because it was being emptied and moved around.
The stuff is friendly (but arguably not helpful for us). Breakfast is lot (but not very diverse and also not particularly high quality). It i arguably one of the cheaper options.
No hot water, shaky wifi, we got a room (402) which felt like some addon chamber under the roof top. Heating was so so, even after fully turning on the heating (hidden behind the bed). The room itself was tiny, barely enough space to fit to large suitcases and the bed was horribly uncomfortable (the mattress was super thin). The location is quite a bit outside of Prague - it is a 30 minute walk to the old town, an hour to the castle (public transport speeds that up, but I'd not say its central). All in all, I would not come to this hotel again.
Close to city centre but still quiet enough for a good night rest. Breakfast was simple but had everything one would need.
The person checking us, sister and I, in completely ignored her. Starting and ending every sentence with sir, even telling that wasnt needed or that my sister also was there got talked over. The cleaning trolleys in the hallway, please give those some softer wheels.
For that price great hotel at least what we experienced good location close to metro and some restaurants
Only problem we had with WiFi wasn’t accessible for our room but who doesn’t have their own internet nowadays?
The location is perfect, near the city center and bus/train stations. The staff was great, very nice people, offered us to leave our baggages in a locked storage room because we came in earlier than check-in.The room was clean except the showerhead in the bathroom
The room was okay! the pillows weren' very comfy, but we slept okay. We did hear people in the hallways and the cleaning lady in the room upstairs from us in the morning. We took the train instead of the car because the parking fees are ridiculous, we didn't eat breakfast or use the wellness center for the same reason.
Breakfast excellent, very convenient location next to public transport, room was nice.
They didn’t change the towels for 5 days.
Great idea re the pizzas.
Slightly further out of the town than expected.Very hard bed.Noisy boiler. No free complimentary tea or coffee in the room.Bad lighting.
staff was very helpful and informative. rooms were clean.
the room was very small, although we came only at night to have a sleep. the beds were very tiny. the reception instructed to go to the room from the wrong way, however, there was a quickest way to get there. wi-fi was not working at the time we arrived. the hotel was far from the city center and the place was very quite. all markets were closed very earlier.
The hotel is in an average location and the room was quite spacious, which is definitely a positive point. The staff at breakfast were making an effort and seemed hardworking, even though the overall quality of the breakfast was not very good.
Although the room was large, it lacked basic amenities, such as a trash bin inside the room. The beds were not comfortable, and the pillows caused neck pain during sleep. The breakfast did not seem to be of good quality, despite the effort of the staff. At the reception, the staff could have been more polite and welcoming; overall, their attitude felt cold.I also did not understand why there was a glass window between the bathroom and the bedroom. This design is not pleasant and negatively affects privacy.Overall, the hotel needs changes and modernization, as the facilities feel outdated. I would not choose this hotel again unless significant improvements are made.
