Cons -
- - Same breakfast choice everyday, extremely low choice of fruits and vegetables, impossible to be vegan there, no alternative milk or yogurt, eggs and sausages every day, same bread, meat and cheese type, the only thing they changed in a week is dessert : ( - I m either blind or they either don’t have hair drier - staff doesn’t speak English properly, tried speaking russian, but still hardly understood them- staff was kinda rude the first day of arrival, we couldn’t find the letter they were supposed to send us (I checked twice) and after I called them I still didn’t get it (okay, maybe there was a problem with smth else, maybe non of us wrong), BUT at the first morning of our arrival elder lady at the reception was like “oh you are the guest that arrived with broblems”, but like i was supposed to feel guilty after what she said. And we came to the reception just to ask till when is breakfast available
- No easy parking in winter with snow.Old hotel, check in only up to 19:00, short simple breakfast.
- Rooms with bathtubs do not have a shower option; you need to hold the shower. The elevator had a problem with the door latch. To get it to go up, you had to hold the door.

It has good room friendly receptionist.
About the city tax asked separately. Also the bed were double which is uncomfortable to sleep
Simple but functional, close to public transport with easy access to Prague city center, very good value for the money.
Lovely location, not in the thick of it,but just enough amenities around the hotel.less than a hundred metres for the tram system ,and 200 metres from the metro.the breakfast had quite a verity every day,so a thumbs up there ,the rooms where spacious, and clean, with a great cleaning service everyday, with fresh towels.
The room deco was a little tired,so needs a uplift.simple things like a kettle, iron and board, and a working safe would make a world of difference.no tv,would have liked just a movie channel,or a TV to Chromecast.pity there wasn't a bar just for a night cap or two before the end of the night.
The room was very comfortable. Nice location. There was everything we needed in the room and in the kitchen. Thank you!
It was clean and in a good location
Breakfast was basic with poor choice.
The location, the room, the bathtub
There were repairs on our floor and heavy machines were working and it was noisy. It was 8:30-9 am
Perfect accommodation near the metro station. Comfortable room, clean bathroom, stable WiFi. Rich and delicious breakfast.

Located in a quiet residential area. Good varied breakfast available from 0700 each day. Friendly staff. Convenient for trams, about a 20 min ride away. i
As is fairly typical of Prague, the conversion rate from Euros to Crowns is poor, adding about 6% to the forecast cost.
Poor
The older lady working at the reception was extremely rude and unapproachable. She did not answer any of my questions (How can I pay for parking? – “I don’t know.” / Where can I park? – “I’m not a police officer.” / How do I get to that street? – “I’m not a driver.” / When will the garage be available? – “I’m not a repairman.”).When choosing a hotel, it was important to me that parking was available, which is why we selected this hotel even though it is far from the city center. Upon arrival, she refused to help us even with public parking. Only after I showed her that our reservation stated that parking was provided did she mention the garage, but said there were no available spaces and that I should contact Booking.com so they could reach out to the manager. After I insisted that the parking issue be resolved, she finally said that there was space available, but that it was paid (we never asked for free parking). The bathroom was dirty. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10, but between 8:30 and 9:00 no one refilled the food. When we wanted to get some water from the kitchen at noon, we were not allowed to, because “the kitchen is open only from 7 to 10.”Very poor service and unfriendly staff.

Breakfast was ok
Not clean rooms, bed wasnt so clean , toilet also was dirty
Excellent value for money. Great location-walking distance to metro/tram station. Clean room, comfortable beds, delicious brakfast, fridge for guests in the hall. That's all you really need when you come to visit the city.
Clean and nice staff...
Lift is too small, can not fit with push chair, no TV's in the room...
Hotel a bit dated but with old charm atmosphere.Good location close to metro and trams. Shops, cafe and restaurants nearby as well as a nice small park. Big and clean room,. Very helpful staff, for example we could do a later check out, got extra pillow and they called a taxi for us. Ok breakfast included.
Minor issues. No TV or water heater in the room
Lage und Frühstück sehr gut.
Unfortunately, there's no TV.When it rains, it's very loud through the metal sheets in front of the window. The ventilation in the rooms is poor.
The hotel is located in a quiet area.
The parking is really small so it is full easily. Don’t expect to have a parking place when you arrive
location was convenient, staff was very nice and breakfast was great
room was very hot, no outlets by beds and very basic amenities- one lamp, no kettle
