The location and breakfast were just great as well as the hotel personnel I talked to.

Only just one minor thing (but may cause a major issue) which is that there is no handle on the wall to hold when you step into the bath tube due to inclined surface of the tube and there is glass part on the other side. So that the entrance is just 50-60cm when all those obstacles considered you may easily get slipped by.

The staff were friendly and attentive and the location was good

The room was very hot and the AC wouldn't cool it down. Streets outside are busy at night and noisy at times.

Lovely facility, very comfortable rooms. It’s rare to find a bathtub in Europe (not all the rooms have one, so ask). Narodni is a very central street.

Great location, nice interiors

Broken AC-staff saying they’ll help and never would.I wanted to like this place since it was centrally located and had a nice interior, but we could not sleep all 3 nights from the HEAT. The AC which we were promised that worked, was broken and stuck between 25-26 Celsius. It was a sweaty sauna all 3 days in our room. I complained to the staff 4 TIMES and each time they said that the technician would be coming soon to fix it, but he never came! At one point, they said that he would arrive at 10 PM (he never did).I felt completely misled by the staff with these false promises. They never even bothered to check up on us after the 4th complain or tried to find a solution such as moving our room or finding another technician. I gave up complaining because it never worked. When you work in hospitality, your clients should never have to complain more than once. I’ve never experienced something negative before like this at a hotel, so I’m really disappointed to have paid this money, just to be uncomfortable and unable to sleep.

Rooms are a little dated. Carpets could do with being replaced.

Just back from a 3 night stay from the UK, Location was perfect 5 minutes from everything we had booked in walking distance from everything, Great staff, Large rooms would stay again 10/10

Ideal location for the National Theatre the reason for our visit . Also Charles Bridge and Wenceslas Square easily accessible on foot.

Would have been nice if they did an evening meal.

The hotel is definitely not a 5-star property.The room was very dark, as was the dining room, which felt unpleasant and unwelcoming.I specifically requested a room with a nice view, but instead received a room with no window at all — only a small window in the ceiling.The design of the room is not user friendly and super dark -steps in room ,if you want to flash the water in the toilet, you need to cover the toilet Very expensive comparing to other Prague hotels

The hotel is clean and the room size is decent. The location is excellent, you can pretty much walk to all main attractions from the hotel.

The shower temperature was a bit unstable, hot and cold at the same time, but it wasn't unbearable

The location was great, the room was clean and the staff was polite.

The hotel had nice facilities but it didn't feel to me for a 5 star hotel, more of a 4 star hotel. Also, at the check out I would have appreciated if someone had asked me how my stay was.

In our room AC was not working as expected, but we’ve been offered another room immediately.Something that does not depend on a hotel - very loud, drunk people staying outside on the street, from the nearby bar.

Just back from a two day stay at this beautiful hotel. Super value , excellent location, staff very accommodating [ booked two rooms and wanted them beside one another as was travelling with my parents and looked for this last minute] and staff very friendly and helpfull.Spotlessy clean room , super king bed. Complimentary teas and coffee on arrival. Complimentary toothbrush and paste in the bathrooms. Showers

Great location, lovely staff and a gorgeous comfortable room. All in all feel lucky to have found it.

The air was so dry the sheets were very staticky charged.
