Everything was clean, the staff was helpful and kind. The wellness/spa is really great. The breakfast has a big variaty.

The bed wasn't the comfiest for me and my partner.I'm a pickey coffee drinker, it can be better at the breakfasts. And some more vegan options will be great.

The rooms are spotless. There were many activities such as tennis courts, swimming pool; squash: bowling , fitness room.

One of the room we booked was very small for two compared to the photo on booking but that was not a big deal.

Good food, everything nice and clean, very good wellness. Staff always at your disposal, very nice and helpful. Live piano at the lobby in the evening hours. Wide variety to choose from at the breakfast.

Just minor things. Only one small table in the room for three. We were put in the adjacent building, so for breakfast and spa we had to go outside and cross small private road. Not too bad, but unexpected. Also a little less convenient when coming by public transport, you either need to scale quite a steep stairway, or go a few hundred meters around.

The restroom was amazing. Loved the shower and blow dryer.

There’s so much to do. I would come back for the spa and fitness center.

Good hotel, parking at the place for free and safe behind the gate, nice to have welcome drink after the long ride, breakfast indeed very good, we enjoyed playing bowling in the night.

I do not really like the fact I have limited access to wellness and spa in the hotel with such equipment - we received free vouchers for pool, which was quite crowded, for sauna we should have payed. I was disappointed by the size of the room for 3 persons - I would bet it hadn't had 25m2 what was declared on booking and was extremely tiny.

the place is good for the people whos trying to relax. went there with my partner and enjoyed the sauna, the food was great tooo especially the breakfast. Staffs are so friendly

a little far from the city, but easily accessible

Parking size of room, complementary wine and chocolates, cleanliness, distance from the city, pool/spa, breakfast, and the customer service was fantastic!

Breakfast options were great, although as a family with a coeliac child it would be have been even better to have more GF options, but overall a large selection of nice food. Friendly staff, always helpful.

There really wasn't any negatives, very clean, good selection, just for us, more GF options, or labelling on foods would have been good.

From the moment I entered, I was captivated by the pleasant aroma and live music. There was a good number of people at the reception desk. We received an upgrade to a larger room to make the four of us more comfortable, as well as a voucher for 2 hours of swimming. Despite the large number of guests, breakfast was very efficient. There were two buffets and a good number of staff. The hotel is in the 9th district, but we received all the information on how to get to the city center. There is also a public transport ticket machine on site.

Returning home early.

Mylos rude attitude on reception, he told us he was the manager. He refused to change us rooms and said it was fully booked. Later that night George and Barbara explained it wasn’t fullyBooked and moved us straight away. I think that annoyed me the most. The fact that he could have helped but didn’t. He could have turned it around and not has us write a bad review. Dirty rooms and on going building works next the room. It looked like something out of a horror movie. Carpet so dirty from the white building dust it sent my black socks white. The spa is also not a spa, it’s a leisure centre and timed and just not very good.

Amazing sauna area, with really cool ceremonies. Relaxing arquitecture, nice beverages and just excellent vibe. The room was nice and very lovely decorated.

Rooms are a bit in the smaller size but great price for value.

Breakfast was good. Sauna and wellness was great. Sauna it’s not complementary you will pay extra depends how many hours you want.

We found some pieces of broken glasses in the corner of our bath room. That didn’t clean it right away since we told the reception right away. We didn’t broke anything! The second day lady who clean everyday, didn’t saw it, we called again the reception to clean it..

Nice looking hotel, beautiful spa

I’ve asked stuff about a few things regarding our stay and they seemed like it was their first day working there. Friendly but not very helpful.

Bad locationNoise from the train next to it - I had to switch rooms because the first one I got was unbearable, even with all windows closed. Noise was too loud!

The pool!

We chose an economy room, but it turned out to be very small, so we asked if we could switch to a bigger room, and it was done the next day in the morning. The new room was big and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and nice, we got everything we needed. We loved the breakfasts, they were superb, yummy and there was a big amount of meals to choose from. Also we loved the restaurant, everything was tasty and the service was great. There is an amazing swimming pool and massage rooms for relaxation in the hotel. We felt like we had a great stay. Thank you very much!

The economy room doesn't match the photos, it looks much bigger in the photo, that's why we chose it, and it turned out to be very small, so we had to ask for switching.
