Location, service, staff, space in the room

The room was at the top floor and was very warm due to hot weather.

We were offered a suite with two spacious bedrooms. It was great to have two big windows allowing the sunlight to get in.The personel was very nice and helpful.

The rooms are outdated and in immediate need for painting and update of lighting.

Reasonable place with the clean room, comfortable beds, parking in front of the hotel. Triple room had 2 rooms, one room with 2 beds, the other with 1 bed in it.

Shower was useless, sorry. Water pressure is non existent, bath has no curtain around it, so water will splash on the floor. Hairdryer was fixed with tape ( just in case didn't use it, have always my own with me). Breakfast... not worth bothering, you will find better breakfast croissants and breads from big petrol stations. If you have any dietary issues, there is nothing to choose. Breakfast staff is rude, you only put your fork down and you plate and cutlery is grabbed away without asking even are finished. Don't understand that behaviour.

Cakes are terrible, and breakfast was so-so.

Convenient location for people who travel by car. Free parking is a great bonus.

Very offensive person at the front desk. Place is ok (yet, be aware of large groups), breakfast somehow below expectations but still ok. Yet, the person at the front desk ( I do not know her name as she did had a name tag and refused to introduce herself) been very offensive and rude. When I politely ask can we postpone check out for 30 mins (as breakfast is until 10 and check out is also in 10am), she started to be rude and did not even hear what I wanted to say. I understand the check out policy. If she said politely sorry, we can extend you check out time that would be fine with me. But no, she had a monologue for 10 mins, aggressively lecturing me about terms and conditions which she concluded offensively, I quote her, “HOPE YOU WONT STAY HERE AGAIN!!” Is that how you suppose treat your guests and communicate with them? Very sad, it used to be a decent place to stay.

Close to destination, tidy, friendly staff

Internet very slow, almost impossible to sync onedrive, watch YouTube or use vpn.Breakfast room massively overcrowded by busloads of tourists, Shower too short for a 190cm person.

I liked the location, because I had to go to the hospital the next day. Otherwise the location is not that attractive. The breakfast was nice with a good selection and also the staff was nice at breakfast.

I didn't like the view from the window and uncomfortable parking. Wifi connection was unstable.

Modern room, enough space with table to write.Every two days (!) new sheets.

I stayed 2 night with my family. Hotel’s good sides are free parking, breakfast and clean room. But one of staff is so rude. When we were having breakfast our baby(1,5) suddenly pulled the tablecloth and a plate was broke. I said to the staff “I’m sorry and I want to help. But she left a broom in front of me in the rude way. She was angry face and she didn’t even look at my face. If you are doing this job, you can be more understanding. Because the accidents can be happen. Anyway in the end I swept :) I don’t think I will go again. And I’ll tell to my friends and family they shouldn’t go. Thanks.

Good breakfast with lots of variety.Staff are very helpful and friendly.Room is clean.

The room was overall okay, a bit worn, But otherwise it is carpeted, comfortable and just right when you travel for work. You also have a pitcher of water prepared and a little coffee station.

The walls have scuffmarks all over the place, which makes it look a bit shabby. The toilet is not quite fixed in the room I have been, it rocks which makes this experience adventurous.

I really appreciate also vegan had possibilities to enjoy the breakfast. That way I highly recommend to pay for breakfast.

Photos for original buyout was offering better possibilities than originally mentioned or was visible and after payment lockout photos was showing lower possibilities/lower quality of accommodation.Slow communication, once not received confirmation about processing my request.

While the location is ideal for IKEM, it is relatively far from downtown

The beds are comfortable.

Many tourist buses arrive at the hotel, it is very difficult to pass when leaving, there are many people because there is no space in the waiting area. Poor breakfast is prepared, little choice. When many tourists breakfast does not allow eating outside. No reason given. There are two elevators, but they are too few to handle the number of tourists and the wait is long. Everywhere in the hotel is very hot, there are no air conditioners anywhere in a 4-star hotel. One breeze in the room. I would never rate this hotel 4 stars. It is close to the center, but you need to travel with transfers. They tell you to pay the money immediately for the entire stay so that you don't have to listen to what the guests don't like.
