Location had easy access to the metro lines and the breakfast was good.

- 3BR is spacious (1 room with double bed, 1 room with twin bed, 1 room with double bed & sofa bed, 1 sofa bed in living room)- two toilets, 1 bathroom- the location is very convenient

- would be great if complete with Washing machine- walking to train station is not as convenient as we thought from map. We couldn’t find a proper pedestrian passage to walk there, may be due to the construction around.

One of the night staff in the reception was very rudeHe shouted to us and he had an attitude ,he kept waving to us in a disrespectful way blaming us for loading the bags in the elevator & he made a sign that we are stupid & dumb..

Centrally located. Good spacious apartment with terrace.

People around making loud noises till 3-4 am. Such loud noises that you can hardly sleep.

Hotel was perfectly located where we wanted to be near the Christmas Market. Room was very nice and very quiet. Breakfast was a nice experience with many options and service. Tricky-there are two elevators. One only takes you to Fl 1 and not the main floor. Other than that, staff, room, location, cleanliness, perfect.

Location is excellent. Close to the city center.

It's definitely on the minimalist side, but that's ok. We're only there to sleep.

No normal shampoo and soup at the shower.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The did the absolute best to accommodate our large vehicle that would not fit in the garage. We thoroughly enjoyed talking to them. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location was perfect and within walking distance from everything.

Not the hotels fault at all, but be warned there is construction right in front of the hotel and surrounding roads. Once you arrive just park and don't move your vehicle. You won't need it with the public transport almost literally outside the door anyway if you don't want to walk.

The location in the best in town! We almost didn’t used the public transport. The breakfast is incredibly tasty!! I think it was a good value for money and highly recommend.The dining room is cozy and very clean. Overall the rooms are big (we traveled as family of three), and we had place for personal belongings. Also the rooms are very clean (zero dust, important for people that value hygiene) and of course the staff is very friendly and nice. We will definitely be there for our next visit in Prague!

Comfortable mattress. Hotel has elevator. Cleaning was good, fully equipped kitchen. Location is very good, right on Václavské náměstí, close to everything.

All the area is in renovation until 2027, according to what a taxi driver told us. Which means, there is a lot of renovation noise, dust and discomfort on the street. Although we asked and got a quiet room, the renovation noise started at around 9 a.m. so not the best wake up call for late sleepers.The hotel has two buildings with the same name and there was a mismatch at arrival for the wrong room- we asked for a superior suite with kitchen but the two buildings had different kinds of superior suits (same name, totally different interior facilities- be careful of that).Room cleaning does not include sheets and towels replacement.One pillow for each person, one bottle of soap in the bathroom.Broken lock in bathroom.

The staff were very kind—always smiling and speaking respectfully. They were also considerate enough to adjust the breakfast menu by adding one or two dishes after we mentioned on the first day that we don’t eat pork, as most of the original options contained it.

The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. We even changed rooms, but the issue remained.The view was also disappointing. We requested to move to a room with a better view of the street, but the staff told us we could only do so by paying an additional €40.From my experience, it’s better to just book a standard room—the view isn’t worth it. We only sat there once and did not enjoy it at all.

Staff were accommodating for an early check in. Breakfast spread is ample, though lacking in vegan options (they do have non-dairy milk for muesli and coffee though which is great). The room had a lot of natural light and had a good setup for cooking. Good location for walking to the sights.

It's right across the street from a rooftop night club so it's loud at night. There is no AC so we wanted the window open for fresh air but had to keep it closed due to the noise. Also if you're staying at a hot time of year, be warned there is no AC (but there is a good fan).

Location was central, but on main shopping street. Great view from roof deck. Guys at reception were nice and helpful (except in check-in (see below)).

Not a great start.. In check-in, they billed me in local currency, which cost me 30 euro more than stated in Booking. Said if i paid in cash, i could pay in Euro, although nothing written on their description. Lobby is a little small and dingy. The room felt a little cramped..not what was in the photos.

Smack in the center of Prague - a nice big room with a great view. Very easy to walk to and from. Also, there's a subway station literally outside the hotel entrance. Super convenient.
