Location, helpfulness of the staff,breakfast choices

The location is very central, close to Charles Bridge; during our stay, we didn't even take public transport, as all of the main attractions were so close to our hotel. The breakfast was pretty good, the variety was decent, having quite a lot of options to choose from, and as for taste, it was also quite good. The room was nice, reasonably clean, the bed was confortable, and the staff was absolutely incredible, very friendly and very helpful. We arrived very late at night, at around 11 PM, so it was great that their reception is open 24/7.

It wasn't a huge problem, as we were provided with blankets, but the room was a little bit cold at times.

Brilliant location, staff were lovely and very informative. Breakfast was very good with lots of option. Very clean with beautifully presented rooms.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and warm, with towels changed daily. Breakfast was very satisfying. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a few meters from Charles Bridge. If we visit Prague again, we would definitely stay at the same hotel.

Bishop’s House is a great small hotel in a truly fantastic location. On top of that, it is very, very quiet. We were worried that in a hotel located so close to Charles Bridge we would hear noise from the street and the bridge (it is so crowded there), but to our surprise and delight, there was completely no street noise at all in the room. It is a fantastic choice for sightseeing in Prague. We had a large, bright room and the cleanliness was impeccable. I would also like to add that my request regarding the choice of room, submitted before arrival, was fulfilled, which is a big plus for the staff. I highly, highly recommend Bishop’s House!

Everything was fine. Perhaps only the eggs at breakfast could be replenished more regularly (it happens that they are unavailable), but this is really a minor detail and does not affect the overall rating of the breakfast and the hotel.

The hotel design is a stunning and harmonious blend of historic and modern elements. The location was excellent, just steps from the Charles Bridge (Malostrana), but tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac.My room had a bi-level terrace from which I could take amazing pics. The breakfasts were fantastic. Special shout-outs to Standa and Helena (front desk managers). They were helpful and gracious - excellent ambassadors for the brand. Thank you to the Bishop's Team. Having to leave.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is next to The Charles Bridge but very quiet. The walk through the park and the surrounding area is picturesque and interesting with fantastic views across the river. There are many great restaurants and it is easy to walk across the river into the Old Town. The staff were extremely helpful and informative.

The room could benefit from some coat hooks for winter coats.

Breakfast - very good; Room - very good, nice, modern, comfortable.

The bath ventilation was very noisy even when I turn off the light. Much noise come from hallways and breakfast area, not from tourists, but fron the staff. The cleaning lady vacuumed the hallway at 07:00 sharp.

Location, breakfast, bed comfort, were all great.

The one big downside was that the room (T2) had an internal courtyard window with smoking area below and bedroom wall was not sound proof with late night noise from the next building a big nuisance from 11pm - 1-pm (talking and shower noise)

The location was perfect - right by the Charles Bridge but tucked round a quiet corner. Our room was warm and comfortable and there was a good selection for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our luggage there for the day after checkout.

We absolutely love this hotel! We've stayed here four times already, and it never dissapoints. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are great and the breakfast has everything you need. The location is perfect too - peaceful, but still close to everything. We can't wait to come back again!

A well-located hotel right next to the Charles Bridge. The staff were welcoming, and the room and breakfast met all my expectations.
