Location very good

Bed covers too small..

The location near the underground is a big bonus. I lived in Strížkov twenty years ago. The bedroom was clean and has everything you need. Very good breakfast

I was at nineth floor and the bedroom was quite cold. Even the heating was on maximum it was poorly warm. I would t be happy if I had my children there to be honest.

Very spacious, well lighted room with big windows, quiet corridors. Huge and comfy bed, soft duvet and towels and a nice big bathtub to relax after a long day in the cold outside. Close to the metro station bery convenient.

The extra cost to use swimmming and sauna also wasn't local to town centre

The room size was good. Bed was comfortable. The location is far from the city centre, but we knew this while booking. The subway is pretty close to the hotel and its very easy to reach the city centre. We also very much enjoyed the pool and spa. The staff at the pool and spa were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast room was super crowded every morning and it was difficult to find a place to sit. Some cutlery at the breakfast were not clean. Staff were not friendly, may be due to the rush.We tried the restaurant downstairs and we were not satisfied. The burger patty was dry, no sauce and the fries were just mushy. There is a lot of room for improvement. Restaurant for us was not worth the price we paid.

Great breakfast and comfortable bed. The hotel was easy to locate, and perfect for people coming from Germany. The hotel is also located near a metro and a local supermarket. The bar downstairs was very nice to meet with friends.

I found it a little difficult to sleep because the room was very warm, and there was no option to lower the room temperature. Other friends who stayed in separate rooms also said the same thing. I'm not sure how the rooms would be in the summer, but it would be a concern for me.

Excellent staff at reception, comfortable rooms and beds. Restaurant had a good choice of meals and the ones we had were all very good. Breakfast on the last morning was fantastic - it was served in the proper breakfast room so there was more space and more choice.

On our first 2 days breakfast was served in the restaurant and bar area. It was very cramped and extremely busy. Only 2 coffee machines in use and they kept running out of milk or coffee beans. Plates and bowls were running out all the time and the choice was limited because of the space. I don't know if this was just a one off situation or if breakfast is served like this every weekend!

The hotel was so clean and staffs were friendly.Breakfast was so good.Although so many teenagers were there for the floorbal match, they could arrange everything good.

Convenient to public transport. I liked the back porch and grassy area.Enjoyed having a restaurant on site. Food was good, some aspects were better. Loved the cucumber lemonade. Not a lot of vegetarian or vegan healthy options. No substituting.Room was otherwise nice, clean & enjoyed the bath.

Room smelled a little of smoke. Didn’t realize papa was under reconstruction - disappointed. I have complex PTSD so a spa was something I needed. This wasn’t apparent until I arrived.TV required a fee - seemed petty. Gardens small & a bit weedy. Would have enjoyed some socializing, music, dancing

I liked the interior of the hotel, the furniture and the rooms. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind and professional, and all of them spoke good English, which made communication easy.

It is misleading that the hotel is advertised as “wellness”, while in reality no wellness facilities are offered directly by the hotel. When booking, it gives the impression that wellness is included as part of the hotel services.Additionally, we did not have duvets for everyone. We asked for an extra duvet for the children, but the staff was not able to provide one.

The bedroom was nice, and the beddings were confortable. We really appreciated the spa facilities and the breakfast (and the Prosceco as a gift!!)

The temperature in the room was more than warm. We 25 had dergee Celsius yet with the heater tap cloased. We also really didn't like that we had to pay 22euros per night to park our car in a parking lot outside.

The staff was helpful, need to say and extra thank u to Martina that really took the time to talk with us, really professional and nice.Comfortable beds, and was super easy to get in to the centrum with the Metro that was just on the other side off the road.

We got a but disappointed when we got there about the spa access, because through the site we booked the hotel there was not writen anywhere that it was only 1 hour per day until after we have booked. U were not able to share that hour during the day either, does not matter how big off a wellness package u have.We also order a room with a Double bed but got two single beds on Wheels put together so they kept rolling away from each other, the second day at least the staff fixed a better solution that we were happy about. And I got so surprised over that they did not have any milk at the hotel without lactose, everything was made with lactose so was a lot we could not take a share off there at the breakfast witch was really sad. Breakfast overall was okey but not that many choices when u Limit people with an intolerance. But overall we were happy with our stay and could see us coming back here just because the staff did their part.

Really good location, across the road from the Metro station. Room was clean, warm and had all the facilities needed and was pretty modern. Staff were pleasant and accommodating when I needed to make changes. Breakfast is good, but it's super-busy most of the time.

More tables in the dining rooms at breakfast - there were just so many people it was difficult to find somewhere to sit.

We really liked the hotel, the value for money was great, staff were attentive and it was close to the metro station.

Could have cleaned our bedsheets, and replaced water bottles and tea bags.

Quilts were too small

Staff was friendly and helpfull. Service was great

Walls were thin, everyone could hear everyone. In bathroom air thing wasn't working so we had sauna everytime I had a shower. Breakfast juices should be studied in chemistry lessons. What was that ?
