Staff were amazing, room was comfortable and perfectly clean and was pleasantly surprised by the coffee machine. Varied breakfast, the great miso soup was another pleasant suprise.

- Most of the hot items (beans, sausages, bacon) on the breakfast buffet were cold even when I arrived just a few minutes after the breakfast started. - Executive lounge was very minimal compared to others in Prague I have visited. Small selection of food, no wine or beer.- No bathtub in the junior suite.

The payment for car parking is too high. It is almost 1/3 of the room rate. It could be reduced.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options.

Superb

Room temperature was quite high, even tough i powered off all heating (air and floor) and kept open my window for 2 days.Regardless, i could sleep, but it would be better to be able to actually set the temperature.

The aesthetic and atmosphere of the building were great. Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Specifically, we loved the heating floor and the big,soft pillows. Also, the breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and we had countless options, one of our favourite parts of our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Lastly, the location was close to every public transport we wanted which was ideal considering the cold weather.

The hotel, staff, breakfast and room was excellent as was the city. Very clean, with attention to details and helpful all the time. Close to the city center, with shopping center and great places to visit, nearby. Possible to reach the hotel with one bus ride from the airport! Excellent value for money and will, definitely, return to this hotel and city :)

Would appreciate more natural bed linen as it was quite hot in the one that was in the room.

The apartment looks good and everything was clean and organized and the breakfast was excellent.

The place of my room was facing the street and the tramvaj is passing in the night and for me it's not pleasant and noise in addition I was expecting to have a little sofa near the bed but it was not available.

The hotel was very clean, the service was high quality, and the food was absolutely delicious. I’m extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Location was perfectly suited for my business. Breakfast facilities, food and bar were excellent. All staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean.

I had a room on the front of the hotel and even though sound insulation was good, I could still hear trams riding in the street all night

I really appreciated the cleanliness and the fact that our request to be warm in the room was respected - we were brought an extra heater which was worth every penny <3

We came specifically for the natural juices in the pictures - and they didn't look like that at breakfast - and they ran out extremely quickly - and the refill wasn't the fastest.

Great location, up to 15 min to any point in the center by public transport. Metro, trams and buses nearby. Direct bus to the airport takes around 50 min, or Uber around 30 min (20€). There is a shopping center nearby, with cafes, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Hotel staff was kind enough to give us the room immediately upon arrival, around 10AM (regular check-in at 3PM). Everyone was very attentive and hospitable. Our room overlooked an internal courtyard, so it was really quiet. Bads are a bit on a softer side, but were still comfortable. Breakfast buffet is amazing, tasty and varied, they even offered healthy fruit shots and had a proper coffee bar, not just a machine.

It would be nice if some streaming app was offered on the tv.

Location, free breakfast, attentive and efficient staff

The room temperature was not cold enough . I had to call the front desk if there was a possibility to lower down the temperature and I was told that they can’t lower it down below 23 degrees Celsius.

The breakfast was good, but i think they should consider to change it from time to time.The room was really quiet.The executive room was good, and the free entrance for the Lough with snack + coffee was really good.

​We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. It’s clear that a lot of thought has been put into the guest experience. Our room was spotless and very spacious, featuring a huge balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent, with a very strong water pressure and the wonderful addition of underfloor heating. I also appreciated the carpeting in the room and the espresso machine with capsules provided. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job every single morning.​The staff was incredibly professional and polite. The hotel bar is fantastic... I really enjoyed the service and the wide selection of cocktails and hot drinks. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with great coffee, and the Wi-Fi was flawless (honestly, the best internet connection I’ve ever experienced in a hotel).​The hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and a huge shopping mall right next door. While it's slightly outside the city center, it is very well-connected; the Metro is just a short walk away, and a Bolt ride to the center takes only a few minutes at a very low cost.

I would have appreciated a bit more variety at breakfast (it was tasty, but more options would be great). Also, the pillows were a bit too soft for my personal preference.
