Pros +
- Room, Location and staff
- Absolutely great hotel, good location, good breakfast and friendly staff. Recommend
- Location is excellent! Walking distance to Charles bridge. No noise at night, very safe part of Prague. Staff is lovely and ready to help. Bed was really comfortable and room was clean. I liked the breakfast buffet.
Cons -
- Breakfast was not great but overall great hotel
- There was no internet all weekend, breakfast
- I missed having an enclosed wardrobe for my clothes. You do have enough hangers and e dedicated clothes shelf though. The electrical sockets are specific to the area (they have an extra pin) and didn't fit one of my appliances.

Location , it was cosy, warm, clean, the receptionist was very kind.
There was no internet all weekend, breakfast
The property was a small hotel which had everything I was looking for, close to the city via train or walking whilst also having shops and bars nearby. Overall I would definitely recommend this property
Very good breakfast options. Opened a little later than I'd like, but still very good.Close to Old Town, Castle, etc. Off of a quiet road. Easy access to tram.
Location is exceptional. Breakfast is great. Room was nice and the beds were comfortable. You can buy some drinks from the vending machines in the hotel lobby... this is useful if you forget to buy some water before going to bed.

The Hotel had a nice common area and the staff was great. The staff was great in calling transportation for me. Easy convenient bar that stayed open late was appreciated. Located near the Tram routes. Regular maid service was given.
Hotel was a little pricey for the room size given. Location is a little distant from the tourist areas.
The hotel has excellent location. Staff is very kind and helpful. We arrived early morning and receptionist, named Ruslan has arranged the breakfast for us when it was available next morning. I highly recommend Hotel Mala Strana to everyone who wants to visit Prague, one of the wonderful cities of Europe.
Only the location and the toilet which was refurbished.
Stuff was rude, room was awful starting with the sheets and bedding’s, breakfast was just something to be checked, caffe was awful.
The location was the highlight of this stay - an excellent, very convenient area close to the Old Town and Malá Strana area. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and a great place to stay when visiting Prague. The room was nice; not very spacious, but comfortable enough. Breakfast was also good, but again very small area.
The rooms were quite small, which limited comfort and storage space.
Quick and easy check in, comfortable beds in a good size room and bathroom, great selection of breakfast options. The hotel is located on a quiet street so there is minimal noise. Nicely located near the tram, or you can walk across the bridge to reach old town. I would definitely stay here again!
Location was good
Everything!! Accommodation very expensive for what it is. Room cold no extra blankets pillows. Room dated and very basic. Breakfast definitely not worth it. Nothing left on our last day at 9.30 am. This hotel definitely felt more of a 3 star no more.
Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Very good breakfast
The hotel was very good in terms of location and value for money. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. Although our room was on the -1 floor, it was quite spacious.
Although the room appeared clean at first glance, we noticed that the bed seemed to have only been made without changing the bedding. The towels in the bathroom also appeared not to have been replaced. Therefore, we were not satisfied with the overall cleanliness.
The location- proximate to the centre of the city while being very quiet. The breakfast was excellent.
The cost for rather basic accomodation.
Very quiet hotel, clean room, warm and cozy, excellent breakfast and nice staff. Bathroom was quite big and very clean.
This is a really lovely hotel in a quiet area about 20 minutes walk from the Old town. It was perfect for what I needed and you are even closer to Charles Bridge. I don’t like noisy areas and this was ideal for someone like me who gets disturbed by any sound. So lovely and quiet. The staff were superbly helpful, including providing additional requests like tea bags and milk (thanks!!!) and adjusting the temperature in my room. They were really friendly too. It was ideal for a few days in Prague. If I come back I would definitely stay there.
The beds were a bit hard, but I was so tired after all the walking it didn’t really matter. The breakfast was good, the only disappointment was on my final day they had run out of quite a bit of stuff despite there being an hour left of service. I have limited options of what I can eat as a vegetarian so I wasn’t too impressed, but if you’d lived next aren’t fussy / have dietary needs like I did then there were other options. I don’t think there was an issue with the breakfast generally it’s just the cake options I could not eat owing to there being almond in them. If you are going abroad you always expect there to be local foods so the breakfast was different but fine.
We had amazing stay in this small but very cozy hotel. The receptionists (all of them) were very helpful and polite. The room was small, but absolutely perfect for 3 nights. It had the heating on, which made it very pleasant experience after we had long hours of walking around beautiful, but cold, Prague. The breakfast is excellent. The location of the hotel itself is very convenient, near a major tram station.
Everything was perfect.
Spacious and very clean room, with all the amenities you might need. The room was warm, welcoming and quiet for a good night sleep. The hotel is very well located for visiting the city and very well connected with the airpot lines. The breakfast was the same each day but with enough veriaty and good quality products.
