I have asked twice to dealWith the issue of a cattle that was not working. The issue was not resolved.

Very old facilities, poor breakfast

Location…it’s ok however, it’s still a pretty long walk from the Old Town Square.

The hotel is very dirty, the bathtub wasn’t cleaned for a long time and they explained themselves that “it’s old that’s why it looks dirty”. The room phone doesn’t work, I couldn’t call the reception, I tried calling from my own phone and no one picked up! There is one recording the keeps playing over and over again and eventually the line hangs up. The breakfast room was dirty and the lights are dimmed so you cannot see how dirty it actually is! The selection is ridiculous there was hardly any food at 9 and it closes at 10. The elevator isn’t maintained and it got stuck on the way up. Overall I was very disappointed by my visit and cannot say that the hotel deserves the 3.5 star rating that it has! I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

Location was good, and staff too. Itis a pitty that the small thing below are bummer of the experience.

Toilet could use some Savo, radiator in the bathroom was really dirty, matrasses on a queen bed were single one and they spread like legs of a horny lady, internet didn't really work, first breakfast missed sausages, and vegetable selection

The price is okay, clean, close to the airport and metro,

I paid in full when we were checking in, but the Hotel still put another full amount on hold of my credit card. I am still recovering email from the hotel to tell me my booking is cancelled due to the fact that they can't charge another full amount on my card even after we already checked out 5 days later.

Terrible coffee, very outdated, uncomfortable furnishing, no shower, only a bath tub hard to get in and out.

Superb location with tram stop and metro right behind the corner. Quiet neighborhood, soundproofing was great. Very good price

There was no shampoo or toothbrush, facilities were not perfectly clean.

The staff was nice. We needed a driver to take us to the airport at 3 AM, and they were very helpful in arranging that. Very friendly.

There was no WiFi in the room. I asked the front desk about it and they said it should work, but it never did. I had to go into the lobby to use it, and even then it kept kicking me off. The bed was not comfortable and the shower was so backed up that it was almost overflowing onto the floor. I reported it, but it didn’t get fixed. There is no way the person who cleans the room can clean the shower and not know it was clogged; it should have been unclogged before we got the room.

Excellent location, comfortable bed and decent breakfast.

Property is old .. breakfast is average but very good connectivity to public transport.. location is also good

The staff were very kind and helpful.

For someone who has some mobility issues it is quite far from the old town so sightseeing was a challenge. Learning the transit system was very confusing. Also it was quite noisy if the windows were open to get air at night.

Walkable to the central station and close to amenities, restaurants and bars.

Old furnituresmall roomsmall bathroom with a small and old shower cabinthere were stains on the mattresslocation near tram tracks, and anytime a tram passes by (every couple of minutes!!) there would be noise and vibrationbreakfast only at 7:30, in a small and cramped breakfast roomvery very disappointing breakfast with zero variety from day to day, cheap products, few healthy food options, only white bread, greasy omelette, bad filter coffee. overall the reality barely resembles the breakfast photo in the presentation on booking.com. again - very disappointing. overall my personal opinion is that the so-called "four star" rating is absolutely not deserved and therefore i cannot recommend this hotel, since there are many options in the same price range.
